NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU), on behalf of NHS England (referred to as the Authority), is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to respond to this Competitive Process for the provision of Provision of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Services for all ages (Midlands). The service is due to commence on 1st October 2026. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful bidder(s) for a period of 4 years with the Commissioners having the option to extend for up to an additional 1 + 1 year(s) (maximum contract duration 6 years). The deadline for submissions is 12.00pm (noon) on Monday 2nd February 2026.
Multiple Disadvantage and Housing Support Alliance

The Multiple Disadvantage and Housing Support Service, will work in a streamlined and holistic manner across the area of Sheffield. It will provide holistic and multi-faceted floating support to people who experience multiple disadvantage – officially defined as a co-morbidity of homelessness/housing insecurity, mental health needs, substance use, involvement with the criminal justice system and domestic abuse – often further compounded by additional factors such as trauma, poverty, discrimination and stigma. The integrated service will aim to prevent and tackle multiple disadvantage, whilst recognising the intersectionality and compounding impact of the areas of need outlined above. The service will build on local learning from the Changing Futures programme and aligns with the city’s strategy Coordination from Complexity (2025–2030), consultation findings, and the Alliance Commissioning Vision. It will provide a clear, equitable and trauma-informed offer across three pathways: (1) Young People aged 16–25 (2) Adults aged 25+ (3) Recovery and Co-production (all ages). This contract is being awarded as an alliance contract, which means the Council expects tender responses to be submitted on behalf of groups of suppliers that are able collectively to deliver the Services.

Education Authority Northern Ireland (EANI) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to award a Contract for the provision of Washroom Hygiene Services for the Education Authority throughout Northern Ireland. EANI wishes to engage with the market at this stage to establish the level of market interest and to gather information that will be beneficial in the retendering process. Suppliers who wish to participate in the market engagement exercise should complete the pre-market engagement questionnaire. Further information including the questionnaire can be downloaded from CfT Documents of CfT 6569772. The questionnaire must be completed and submitted no later than 3 pm on the closing date detailed. There are no formal documents to be completed other than the questionnaire. Any information gathered will NOT be considered in any future tender evaluation exercise. Participation or non-participation in this pre-procurement market engagement shall not prevent any supplier/provider from participating in a potential procurement process nor is it intended that any information supplied shall place any supplier/ provider at an advantage in any forthcoming procurement process. Addresses the specific health inequalities experienced by Black Caribbean, Black African and Asian population groups who historically demonstrate low screening uptake, late presentation of medical conditions, and experience poorer health outcomes compared to the overall population 2. Supporting people to take more control of their health and healthcare as much as possible and access to the most appropriate services or support at the right time 3. Proactively focussing on prevention and increased early diagnosis 4. Builds capacity with community assets and develops resilience in our local workforce to support healthcare and wellbeing delivery in Inner City & East Bristol (ICE). 5. Inclusive and responsive by design, advocating for most marginalised population groups needs and wants, such as people from underserved communities, and those living in, but are not registered with healthcare providers in ICE 6. Providing an accessible, trusted, and high-quality placed-based service in convenient settings that are designed to focus on the needs of local people 7. Working with the community and connecting with the voice of lived experience to shape this service 8. Identifying some of the common factors that people value and what matters to communities within ICE 9. Supporting people with Long-term conditions (LTCs) to manage their own health. 10. Consider people's language rights, focus on improving health literacy that is culturally appropriate and inclusive, also promoting local translation and interpreting services. 11. Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & West Berkshire (BOB) and Frimley (Berkshire East) Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) (the Commissioners) sought providers who have the capability and capacity to deliver NHS Tier 2 Oral Surgery services in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire West Berkshire & and Frimley (Berkshire East), in line with the specified requirements. The procurement was divided into 4 lots in the BOB ICB area & and Frimley ICB (East Berkshire) area. Providers were able to bid for a maximum of 2 Lots. Oral surgery deals with the diagnosis and management of pathology of the mouth and jaws that requires surgical intervention. It involves the treatment of adolescents and adults, and the management of dentally anxious and medically complex patients. All Mandatory Dental Services, including simple non-surgical extractions, are excluded from the scope but some services will include Sedation in accordance with the Guidance for Commissioning Sedation for Dental Services in Primary Care 2017. ECHC has been Contracted to provide this service since 31st March 2024 when funding was made available form the ICB for Crisis Bed provision within the East Cheshire Footprint There are plans to go out to tender of this service within this financial year. As this procurement exercise will take time there is a need to extend this current contract so there is no break and we can maintain continuity of care for patients. The Trust recommendation is that the contract with the provider is extended as all outcomes and contractual obligations are currently being met and achieved. The provider has established and is maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and other providers of mental health care. This includes the Trust First Response teams such as Home Treatment Team, and Crisis Line who regularly refer patients to the service.

RBKC and WCC currently have contracts that provide access to volunteering opportunities for adults with a learning disability, these are due to expire in March 2027. To ensure that volunteering opportunities continue each borough is looking to procure a single contract which will start on April 2027. The purpose behind volunteering opportunity services is to provide high quality support for those with a Learning Disability and / or Autism support need that meet eligibility under the Care Act 2014. Support provided by volunteering opportunity services aims to support access to volunteering opportunities, supporting people to build and develop their skills and confidence to secure volunteering placements. The services will develop quality community services through voluntary opportunity in WCC and RBKC. They achieve this by: Promoting the benefits of volunteering, such as, playing an active part in the community, supporting the need of local communities. Reduce social isolation via volunteering Showcase volunteering as a route to personal growth and wellbeing. Undertaking and arranging voluntary work in education, health, social services and similar charitable activities. Enhancing the potential of volunteering and work experience, in the voluntary sector as a way of facilitating employment. The anticipated volume for the service in RBKC is to reach 40 unique residents and in WCC is to reach 45 unique residents. Funding arrangements are to be finalised, but the indicative annual value of the contracts will be around £21,320 for RBKC and £24,000 for WCC. The outreach services aim to identify and address disparities in the uptake of vaccinations throughout the life course. The service is intended to support mitigation of gaps in core commissioned services and to support responses to outbreaks where required. The outreach service was designed to provide a versatile response to identified need and to collaborate with existing vaccination providers within the geography to support addressing vaccination gaps and to complement, rather than duplicate, existing commissioned vaccination services. This includes the delivery of all age vaccinations and actively seeking individuals and population groups with low vaccine uptake and coverage who were less likely to access core vaccination services. The tailored outreach vaccination service is intended to run in parallel with an inclusive core delivery approach. Bidders were encouraged to explore opportunities for collaboration where this could deliver enhanced value and efficiency. Collaborative working is expected to help optimise resources, share expertise, and reduce duplication, benefiting service delivery and outcomes. Collaborative approaches could include consortium arrangements, subcontracting, or strategic partnerships leveraging complementary strengths. Bidders were required to clearly outline any proposed collaborative models within their submissions, demonstrating how accountability would be maintained and high quality services delivered.
