Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) Integrated Care Board (ICB) sought providers who had the capability and capacity to deliver Mandatory Dental Services (MDS) in the Oxfordshire area. The procurement was divided into 5 lots and covered the following areas: Lot 1: Vale of the White Horse (East) Lot 2: Vale of the White Horse (West) Lot 3: West Oxfordshire (South) Lot 4: West Oxfordshire (North) Lot 5: Cherwell East Interested parties could bid for a maximum of two Lots. The aims for MDS provision are to: • contribute to improving oral and general health • reduce inequalities in health and access to dental care by providing extra support to groups of vulnerable adults and children. This includes, but is not limited to, children, residents of care homes, other vulnerable groups and patients weighing up to 227kg (35 stones and 10.45 lbs) • provide access to NHS dental services to ensure equity and consistency of provision • improve children's oral health through partnership working with local stakeholders • provide bookable appointments outside of core hours • deliver appropriate, efficient and cost-effective services within the service • provide high quality dental services within framework of the NHS (General Dental Services/Personal Dental Services) Regulations 2005 and any subsequent revisions • provide access within contracted hours to un-associated patients identified as having an urgent dental need via NHS 111, NHS Dental Helpline, out of hours services and self-referral • refer patients to other NHS services as appropriate in line with the relevant local protocols and guidance • establish a positive working relationship between the Commissioner and Provider to facilitate and maximise high quality service delivery • develop services in line with the evolving strategic approach to primary care dental provision and align with the priorities of the NHS Long Term Plan - www.longtermplan.nhs.uk and ICB Primary Care Strategy - https://www.bucksoxonbe
National Framework Agreement for the provision of Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The overall aim of the Framework Agreement is to provide Mental Health and Wellbeing services for young people, adults or both. The Framework intends to cover a range of services that fall within the scope of Mental Health and Wellbeing services, delivered either virtually or in person. This is a Framework under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and The Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025 In accordance with Regulation 17 of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and Regulation 17 of The Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025, the Framework will be open to applications from new potential Providers during the Term of the Framework. Previously appointed Providers are NOT obliged to re-apply. Further 'Intention to Award' notices will be published as and when new Providers are appointed.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The relevant Tender Notice was 2025/S 000-061162 with OCID ocds-h6vhtk-05a585. The awarding of this framework agreement is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and The Procurement Regulations 2024 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. "Relevant Authority" is defined in section 12ZB(7) of the National Health Service Act 2006 and in section 10A(9) of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006. This competitive provider selection process has multiple gateways as described in this notice. The NHS Healthier You Programme procurement comprises of the following: • NHS Healthier You Behavioural Support for Obesity Prescribing ("BSOP) Service"): Targeted support for individuals prescribed pharmacotherapy GLP-1 medications as approved in a Primary Care setting by NICE. Service Users provided with the BSOP Service are referred to as the "BSOP Cohort". • NHS Healthier You Diabetes Prevention Programme ("DPP Service"): Support for individuals identified as at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Service Users provided with the DPP Service are referred to as the "DPP Cohort". • NHS Healthier You Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission ("T2DR Service"): Support for individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes within the last 6 years and living with overweight or obesity. Service Users provided with the T2DR Service are referred to as the "T2DR Cohort". • NHS Healthier You Long Term Conditions Prevention Pilot ("LTCP Service"): Support for individuals diagnosed with hypertension. Service Users provided with the LTCP Service are referred to as the "LTCP Cohort". The Contracting Authority has divided this opportunity into 26 ICB/ICB Clusters. ICB Clusters are groupings of ICBs. The complete list is set out in VI.3. Bidders will need the capability and capacity to provide the full suite of services to an ICB/ICB Cluster, offering eligible participants a choice of group based in-person services or a digitally delivered, independently accessed service provided through a web browser or a mobile application. The Great North Children’s Hospital Trust is commissioning Barnardo’s to provide Family Support in their Emergency Department. Barnardo’s Family Support Workers offer psycho-social support to families in various health settings, this aims to reduce pressures on the health system whilst providing accessible, nonclinical support to families when they need it most. Barnardo’s Family Support Workers work with families who may not meet the threshold for traditional children’s services intervention, or who may not be accessing their community services and may require support to ensure equitable access, focussing on the environmental and socioeconomic causes of ill-health to make lasting change for families. This can mean meeting someone at their home, in the community, or over the phone, to talk through their circumstances and either agree an action plan, signpost, or refer to the relevant services and if needed, support with this initial engagement. We do this in partnership with the family and local providers to help families access the right support at the right time and reduce health inequalities. The aim is to reduce pressure on healthcare settings by encouraging families to tap into locally available support which is more appropriate for their level of need.

Youth Vaping and Smoking Cessation Service

The Council is seeking a single experienced Provider to deliver a targeted smoking and vaping cessation intervention for Children and Young People (CYP) delivered predominantly within secondary school settings on a phased approach within Derbyshire (excluding Derby City). The service will align with the national Stopping the Start Strategy and Derbyshire County Council Public Health Strategic Plan. The service will support pupils aged 12 and over who wish to stop smoking, vaping, or both. It will be informed by best practice in line with NICE guideline NICE NG209, and delivered by certified National Centre Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT) stop smoking practitioners embedded within the school community. Delivery will include effective partnership working to avoid duplication and enhance existing prevention activity. The Youth Vaping and Smoking Cessation Service will commence on 01 September 2026 for a period of 2 years to 31 August 2028. Subject to available funding and successful delivery of Phase 1 and evaluation, the Council may at is discretion approve delivery of Phase 2 for year 3 from 01 September 2028 to 31 August 2029. A mobilisation period will run from 14 May 2026 to service commencement date on 01 September 2026 (see Mobilisation Section) and will be non-chargeable; no fees or cost incurred during this period will be payable by the Council.
