8-bed female-only Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

The service required is an 8-bed female-only Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) providing specialist 24-hour inpatient care for adult women (18+) experiencing acute and severe mental illness whose level of risk, behavioural disturbance, or clinical acuity cannot be safely managed within a standard acute mental health ward. The service will serve patients across the Thames Valley footprint and provide rapid assessment, intensive multidisciplinary treatment, enhanced observation, physical healthcare, psychological and trauma-informed interventions, and active discharge planning from admission. The service must deliver safe, gender-responsive, recovery-focused care within a therapeutic environment, supporting women with complex mental health needs while reducing reliance on out-of-area placements. The provider will be required to demonstrate robust clinical governance, appropriate staffing and skill mix, effective pathway integration, and measurable improvements in patient outcomes, safety, experience, and timely step-down to less intensive services

North Yorkshire Adult Social Care - Live Well at Home Framework

North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement and to assist with drafting a future tender specification for Live Well at Home framework. The Authority is looking to set up an open framework for a total duration of 7 years (3 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years and then an additional 2 years). There will be no limit to the number of suppliers that will be appointed to the framework. The framework will be split into 6 Lots covering the whole of the North Yorkshire Council boundary: • Lot 1 - The Towns • Lot 2 - The Dales • Lot 3 - The Moors • Lot 4 - The Coast • Lot 5 - Specialist Care (Countywide) • Lot 6 - Extra Care (Countywide) Providers will be able to apply to deliver services in up to two locality Lots (Lots 1-4). Providers can bid for Lot 5 and 6 in addition to the two locality Lots. As part of the application, providers will be asked to submit rates for the locality areas they are looking to operate in. Once the framework is established, the intention is to establish up to 10 provider alliances to cover Lots 1-4. The value within the notice has been published as £0, as the service is demand based it is not yet known what the maximum framework value will be. Buckinghamshire Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations with the capability, capacity and experience to deliver specialised support for an individual with complex needs. The service provides specialised residential support for an individual with complex needs. The Individual has a learning disability, autism, ADHD, and behaviours that can challenge. It was established as a bespoke residential placement following a transition from long-term hospital care, with the environment carefully adapted to ensure safety, structure, and therapeutic benefit. Located near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, the service delivers intensive staffing and tailored interventions aimed at maintaining stability, promoting engagement, and reducing incidents. Looking ahead, the service will remain a residential provision whilst continuing to focus on promoting independence, developing daily living skills, and maximising opportunities for meaningful community participation. The long-term vision is to support the individual to achieve the highest possible level of independence and quality of life within a safe and sustainable residential environment. Cornwall & Isles of Scilly, acting also on behalf of Devon ICB, wishes to contract the hub service strand of WorkWell in the SW peninsula region, which will employ a core coaching team providing coaching and support to participants across the whole of the Cornwall, Devon & Isles of Scilly peninsula for the period April 2027 to March 2031.

Habilitation Training for Children and Young People with Vision Impairment/Habilitation Training for Deafblind Children and Young People

Surrey County Council is seeking a provider to deliver assessment, mobility, habilitation and independent living skills support for children and young people aged 0-19 years with vision impairment, including those with multi-sensory impairment (MSI) or who are deafblind. Currently there are approximately 590 C&YP open to PSS (VI). Liverpool City Council commissions an Integrated Advocacy Service to provide a comprehensive portfolio of statutory and non-statutory advocacy provision, including Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA). The service is required to support the Council in meeting its statutory obligations under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983, ensuring eligible individuals receive independent advocacy as mandated. In addition to statutory functions, the service will deliver flexible, non-statutory, issue-based advocacy to address unmet need, ensuring that individuals who do not meet formal eligibility criteria can still access proportionate, independent, and person-centred support. The service will enable individuals to express their views, wishes, and preferences, safeguard their rights, and actively participate in decision-making processes that affect their lives. Particular focus will be given to individuals who experience substantial difficulty in understanding, retaining, or communicating information, and who lack an appropriate person to support their involvement. The provider will ensure advocacy interventions are independent, tailored, and outcome-focused, promoting inclusion, equity of access, and improved wellbeing.

The South Thames Retrieval Service (STRS) provides specialist paediatric critical care retrieval and transfer services for critically ill children across a network of hospitals. Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is preparing to procure a dedicated 24/7 patient transport service, including specialist ambulances and Ambulance Technicians, to support the safe and timely transfer of patients to specialist paediatric intensive care units (PICUs).

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of a Multiple Needs Navigator Service across the Bradford District. The service will provide intensive, person-centred and trauma-informed support for adults experiencing multiple and complex needs, including homelessness or risk of homelessness, substance misuse, mental ill-health, domestic abuse or trauma, and involvement in the criminal justice system. The successful provider will deliver a Navigator model of support, providing dedicated keyworker interventions, outreach engagement, multi-agency coordination and partnership working to improve outcomes and reduce inequalities for some of the district’s most vulnerable residents. Contract Term • Initial contract period: 2 years • Contract commencement: 1 April 2027 • Option to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods, subject to funding and performance. This is a consultant-led, fully integrated tertiary care sub-contract. Providers must deliver end-to-end pathway care, including pre-operative assessment, surgery, Level 2/3 critical care, inpatient ward care, and discharge management.
