The Meads - Cleaning and Security Services
Rushmoor Borough Council
Rushmoor Borough Council (the 'council') is inviting tenders from suitably experienced cleaning and security suppliers for The Meads Shopping centre located in Farnborough. The value of cleaning and security services at The Meads is in the region of £650,000 per annum (excluding VAT). A price cap of £735,000 will be applied to tenders in relation to cost of service for the 1st year of the contract, the Council reserves the right to set aside any tenders above this amount. The targeted award date for the contract is 16th July 2026 with commencement of services to run from 2nd November 2026. The Council is letting the contract on a 3-year base term with options to extend up to a maximum of 5 years. Once awarded the contract will also allow for the addition of further sites within the Council's property portfolio, including but not limited to. • Union Yard, Aldershot • Ashbourne House, Andover • Frimley 4.4, Farnborough There is no guarantee that further sites will be incorporated within the scope of the contract. The Inclusion of further sites will be at the Council's sole discretion and will be subject to best value review of delivery options. A Supplier bidders briefing will be held on Wednesday 1st April 2026 at 11:30 via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the briefing is encouraged but not mandatory. The purpose of the briefing is to provide Suppliers with an overview of: • Background and current arrangements • Procurement Overview and Programme • E-tendering system • PSQ and Conditions of Participation • Quality Assessment Question • Pricing Template • Social Value Commitments An updated bidders briefing following the tender modification will take place on Monday 11th May 2026 via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the briefing is encouraged but not mandatory. Suppliers are provided with a Microsoft Teams link within the ITT document for the briefing. The Council will be recording the Microsoft Teams meeting and will subsequently make this available as part of the tender

CENTRE DE GESTION DE LA FPT DE LA REUNION
Le présent marché a pour objet l’exécution de prestations de nettoyage et d'entretien des locaux du Centre de Gestion de la Fonction Publique Territoriale de La Réunion (CDG Réunion). Les prestations sont réparties sur différents sites géographiques de l’île, selon la configuration suivante : Le marché couvre les besoins permanents de la zone Nord, incluant le site de Sainte-Clotilde, de la zone Est pour le site de Saint-André, ainsi que de la zone Ouest pour le site situé sur la commune du Port. Les prestations afférentes à la zone Sud sont structurées en tranches. Elles comprennent une tranche ferme pour le site de l'Étang-Salé, une tranche optionnelle n°1 relative au siège administratif situé à Saint-Pierre, et une tranche optionnelle n°2 concernant le site de Saint-Louis.

Gemeente Hengelo
De gemeente Hengelo als aanbestedende dienst, wil één opdrachtnemer contracteren voor de schoonmaak van de gymlocaties in het beheer van de gemeente Hengelo. Gemeente Hengelo heeft ervoor gekozen om haar gymlokalen gedeeltelijk door de SWB schoon te laten maken en gedeeltelijk door een extern schoonmaakbedrijf. Ervaring uit het verleden leert dat het vrijwel onmogelijk is om alle gymlokalen in het beheer van gemeente Hengelo binnen het gevraagde tijdsbestek (6 tot 8 in ochtend) schoon te maken. Om onder andere die reden is de opdracht dan ook gedeeltelijk inbesteed.

Stjernsundrevet er Norges største korallrev på fjordterskel og en stor verneverdi i Lopphavet marine verneområde. Verneområdestyret utarbeider nå en ny forvaltningsplan for verneområdet, og har i den sammenheng et behov for å samle og oppdatere kunnskap om Stjernsundrevet. I den forbindelsen har styret for Lopphavet marine verneområde behov for bistand i kartlegging av området. Det er derfor behov for en ressurs eller flere som kan bistå oppdragsgiver. Det skal lages en visuell kartlegging av korallrevet, utarbeides en rapport i forbindelse med funnene i den visuelle undersøkelsen. Videre ønskes det forlag til videre overvåkingsprogram for å følge opp tilstanden. Det skal også lages en sammenstilling av eksisterende kunnskap om Stjernesundrevet.
