The CfT is Stage 1 of a Restricted Two Stage Tender Process. The Contracting Authority is looking to shortlist suitable candidates to act as the Main Contractor for this development. Documents being provided at this stage are the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Documents. The proposed Works consist of upgrade works to the local road L3412 and ancillary site development works which will provide access to the IDA Ireland land bank at Kilmurry, Slieverue and Gorteen, Belview, Co. Kilkenny. The proposal will provide an upgrade of local road L3412 from the existing eastern IDA Ireland roundabout to the new IDA Ireland land bank at Kilmurray and will tie back into the existing L3412 to the west via a new roundabout. The upgrade will be taken online on the existing road and offline on adjoining land.

Zudem fehlt eine koordinierte programmatische Nutzung des Titels als strategisches Instrument für Stadtentwicklung, internationale Zusammenarbeit und kreativwirtschaftliche Profilbildung. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist daher die Erstellung eines Konzeptes für ein geeignetes Maßnahmenpaket sowie dessen Umsetzung, um insbesondere die Sichtbarkeit Berlins als UNESCO City of Design lokal, national und international zu erhöhen, Akteur:innen der Berliner Designlandschaft zu aktivieren und zu vernetzen, den Austausch mit anderen UNESCO Cities of Design zu fördern und den UNESCO-Titel als strategische Ressource für die Stadt zu positionieren.

Le présent marché porte sur la livraison de biomasse sous forme de "pellets" pendant un an jour pour jour, commençant à la date de la première livraison. La quantité présumée de pellets à livrer sur 12 mois correspond approximativement à 64 000 MWh PCS. Cette quantité est donnée à titre indicatif, d’éventuels arrêts pour cause de problèmes techniques ou toute autre cause étant imprévisibles. Les livraisons commenceront le 15 novembre 2026 (fin du contrat en cours le 14 novembre 2026). Une interruption de fonctionnement est prévue aux mois de juin à août pour l'entretien (12 semaines d'arrêt sont inclues dans le planning estimatif.) Ce marché est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois. Les associations momentanées de producteurs sont autorisées. Il est à noter que tous les membres de l’association momentanée doivent respecter individuellement le droit d’accès et la sélection qualitative. Application de la directive 2023/2413 – RED III (Directive 2023/2413/UE) – durabilité de l’origine de la biomasse. Lors de la création du système ETS (Emission Trading System), système européen d’échange des quotas de CO2 auquel la chaufferie centrale du Sart Tilman est soumise, les émissions liées à la biomasse ont été considérées comme nulles et ces émissions ne nécessitaient dès lors pas de restitution annuelle de quotas. Cette logique a changé en 2023 avec la Directive 2023/2413 (RED III qui modifie le traitement de la biomasse dans le cadre de l’ETS (Emission Trading System). Par conséquent, les émissions liées à un flux de biomasse seront par défaut considérées comme fossiles, et l’ULiège ne sera exemptée de restituer des quotas que si et seulement si l’installation démontre que les critères de durabilité liés à l’origine et les critères d’économies de gaz à effet de serres tels que définis à l’article 29 (paragraphes 2 à 7 et paragraphe 10) de la Directive 2023/2413 (RED III) sont respectés ou lorsque ces critères ne s’appliquent pas à la biomasse en question. Beaumont Hospital intends to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design, construction, installation and commissioning of a new National Genomics Laboratory, which shall be a fully compliant modular building integrated into the Beaumont Hospital campus. The Contracting Authority has determined that a modular facility is required. The successful tenderer shall assume responsibility for off-site modular fabrication (either in its own right or through the engagement of subcontractors) and for the delivery, lifting, alignment and positioning of all modular building units. The two-storey modular accommodation is to be sited to the rear of the Hospital’s Technical Services Department and adjacent to the Laboratory Directorate in a busy car parking area. For the avoidance of doubt, as this competition concerns a design and build contract, the successful tenderer identified by this competitive process shall assume responsibility for undertaking all necessary works (including all civil, structural, MEP, ICT, statutory compliance and certification requirements) to deliver a fully-operational facility.
