Voor de Kaderrichtlijn Water (KRW) heeft waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht (hierna benoemd als AGV) de verplichting om in de KRW-waterlichamen vier biologische parameters te monitoren. Deze vier parameters, in KRW-termen kwaliteitselementen genoemd, zijn fytoplankton, macrofauna, macrofyten en vis. De monitoring van drie van deze parameters (fytoplankton, macrofauna en macrofyten) zijn reeds ondergebracht. De vismonitoring wordt door een andere externe partij uitgevoerd. De huidige overeenkomst hiervoor loopt af en AGV is op zoek naar een partij die vis gedurende de gehele KRW-planperiode SGBP4 in alle waterlichamen kan monitoren.

Zorganizowanie odbioru odpadów selektywnie zebranych, ulegających biodegradacji oraz niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych, ich transport oraz zagospodarowanie, pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych w Gminie Pyskowice. Pod pojęciem "nieruchomości zamieszkałe" Zamawiający rozumie: nieruchomości w Gminie Pyskowice, w których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz nieruchomości, o których mowa w art. 6j ust. 4 ustawy z 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733). Wykonawca zobowiązuje się, iż będzie realizował przedmiot umowy zgodnie z uchwałami Rady Miejskiej w Pyskowicach, będzie gospodarował odebranymi odpadami zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 14 grudnia 2012r. o odpadach (t.j. Dz. U. z 2023 r. 1587 z późn. zm.), ustawą z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (t.j. Dz. Realizacja zamówienia przy wykorzystaniu pojazdów zgodnie z wymaganiami opisanymi w rozporządzeniu Ministra Środowiska z dnia 11 stycznia 2013r. (Dz.
