Supply and installation of a biomass-fired heat generator

This ITB, issued by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Project Office in Ukraine, invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply and installation of one biomass-fired heat generator designed for a corn dryer. The project is implemented under FAO programme TCP/UKR/4001 and aims to enhance agricultural productivity and energy efficiency through the use of sustainable biofuel-based heating solutions. The required equipment must comply fully with the technical specifications outlined in Appendix I of the tender documentation. The delivery location is Skvyra city, Kyiv oblast, Ukraine, on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis in accordance with Incoterms 2020. The selected supplier will be responsible for transportation, insurance, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, ensuring it is fully operational at the final destination. The expected delivery and installation period is within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Purchase Order. Participation in the tender requires compliance with FAO procurement rules, including registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), submission of technical and financial proposals, and demonstration of relevant experience and capacity. The contract will be awarded based on a combination of technical compliance, adherence to commercial requirements, acceptance of FAO conditions, and competitive pricing.
