Eastleigh Borough Council (the Authority) is delivering an ambitious housing development to meet the needs of a growing population and lead the way for the Borough and its communities. In 2018, the Authority acquired 310 acres of land in Horton Heath and committed itself to provide new homes, services, infrastructure and businesses, that project is known as One Horton Heath (OHH). OHH is a landmark mixed-use development, located adjacent to the village of Horton Heath to the east of Eastleigh, Hampshire. A dedicated project delivery team has been established to oversee the planning and delivery of each parcel of the development. OHH is intended to be not only a commercially responsible project, but also one that recognises value extends beyond financial return. An Outline Planning Application for OHH was approved on the 27/10/2025 under the application number O/20/89498. The permission comprises severable and separate phases of development consisting of up to 2,500 residential units in total (across The Lower Acre, Quobleigh Breach, The Upper Acre, Round Copse, The Holme, The Homestal, Chalcroft Farm and The Folds phases and partially within Chalcroft Outfarm Works phase), a local centre, non-residential floorspace, a primary school, public open space (including formal sports facilities and informal provisions), allotments, ecological, landscape and sustainable drainage works and key infrastructure and utilities provision including new roads, footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths. The Authority made a commitment to the delivery of critical infrastructure early in the overall process and ahead of housing wherever possible which means that much of the major infrastructure associated with housing or non-residential development will have been installed or may be under construction alongside the works to be procured. Soft Market Testing - Installation of Sustainable Drainage/Rainwater Management Systems

Bristol City Council wishes to test the level of market interest in providing an end-to-end service for the installation of property‑level Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) / rainwater management measures across Bristol City Council‑owned housing and private housing stock. The majority of participating properties will be located within the River Frome catchment area, including East Bristol and the Lockleaze area. The aim is to reduce surface water flooding and increasing flood resilience by catching rainwater. The service would include feasibility assessments incl. hydraulic assessments and calculating storage for a certain return period, fully leading on resident engagement incl. communication and engagement plans and contacting them, identification and assessment of suitable properties, technical and hydraulic analysis, supply and installation of rainwater butts and planters, and post‑installation monitoring and hydraulic assessment to be fed into a monitoring and evaluation report. The target area comprises 411 addresses, across 154 buildings in 21 publicly owned housing developments.

The framework is intended to support a large and diverse customer base comprising over 1,000 organisations and approximately 90,000 meter points, with an estimated total consumption of 26 TWh. Bidders should note that these volumes are indicative and may vary depending on customer participation levels and the impact of ongoing energy efficiency and demand reduction initiatives. The requirement is designed to deliver a comprehensive and integrated energy solution. In addition to the supply and administration of electricity and gas, the framework will encompass strategic energy partnership services, including portfolio optimisation, as well as energy bureau services covering data management, invoice validation, and reporting. Metering services will also form part of the scope, including the provision, installation, and ongoing data collection from metering assets. Please be aware that the UK1 Pipeline notice was published under OCID ocds-h6vhtk-0503dc Individual lot values have been aligned with forecasted expenditure. The overall contract value is set higher to incorporate a contingency margin. Jaywick Sands Open Spaces Preliminary Market Engagement

Tendring District Council (TDC) is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement with suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to the proposed delivery of the Jaywick Sands Public Open Spaces Regeneration Project. The project forms part of the wider Community Regeneration Partnership Programme, under which £19.8 million has been awarded to deliver 15 regeneration schemes across the district. Approximately £3.2 million has been allocated to improve public open spaces within Jaywick Sands. This market engagement exercise is intended to inform the Council's procurement strategy, test market capacity and capability, and gather feedback from potential suppliers prior to the commencement of a formal procurement process. Participation in this engagement will not form part of any future evaluation process and does not confer any advantage in any subsequent procurement. Tendring District Council (TDC) is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement with suitably qualified and experienced civil engineering and public realm contractors regarding the delivery of the Jaywick Sands Highway and Public Realm Improvement Scheme. The project forms part of the wider Community Regeneration Partnership Programme and is centred on the comprehensive improvement and reconstruction of Brooklands Road, a key route within Jaywick Sands. The scheme aims to improve resilience, safety, accessibility and connectivity for residents and visitors, whilst delivering associated enhancements to adjoining public spaces and community assets. Brooklands Road is currently an unadopted road and suppliers should take this into consideration when considering delivery approaches and associated stakeholder requirements. The primary objectives of the project are to: Deliver a comprehensive reconstruction and resurfacing of Brooklands Road.
