The Horniman Museum and Gardens is a grade II* listed museum with a world class Natural History, Anthropology and Musical instrument collection. Items in the Horniman Collection when not on display are stored, managed, studied and conserved at the Study Collection Centre (SCC). The existing Spirit Store is a refrigerated container which holds generally organic and biological items which are preserved in vessels of flammable spirit such as denatured alcohol or formalin. The store requires replacement. The Horniman wishes to appoint a contractor to develop their Employer's Requirements into a design and deliver the works for a replacement Spirit Store. The Horniman Museum and Gardens is a grade II* listed museum with a world class Natural History, Anthropology and Musical instrument collection. Set within 16 acres of stunning grounds that also house an Aquarium, Animal Walk and Butterfly House. The Horniman connects us all with global cultures and the natural environment, encouraging us to shape a positive future for the world we all share. Background: In May 2025, the Federal Republic of Somalia, through its Ministry of Finance (MoF) launched the Somalia Productive, Resilient, and Inclusive Growth (SPRING) project. The SPRING project is organized around four components (three mutually-reinforcing and one supporting): (i) Component 1: Improving the enabling environment for the private sector; (ii) Component 2: Deepening financial sector reforms and strengthening institutional capacity; (iii) Component 3: Enhancing access to finance and resilience for MSMEs; and (iv) Component 4: Project Management. Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf

Die Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf plant die Sporthalle der Grundschule Himbergen zu sanieren. Die in den 1970er Jahren errichtete Halle befindet sich aktuell in weiten Teilen auf dem Stand der damaligen Technik. Seit der Errichtung wurden lediglich Teile des Umkleidenbereichs erneuert, so dass zum Beispiel die Prallwände, der Sportboden, die Sportgeräte und die anderen Technischen Einrichtungen nicht mehr auf dem Stand der Technik sind. Aktuell wird die Halle durch die Grundschule für den Sportunterricht und durch die örtlichen Vereine für den Vereinssport genutzt. Ausgeschrieben werden die Planungsleistungen Architektur und TGA nach HOAI in getrennten Losen. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung vorgesehen.

Das Westpfalz-Klinikum Kaiserslautern plant im Rahmen des 3. Bauabschnitts der Generalsanierung - neue Radiologie – in 3 Teilmaßnahmen: a) Teilmaßnahme Radiologie in Haus 6, Ebene 1 Diese ist die umfangreichste Teilmaßnahme umfasst 2 Röntgen-Behandlungsräume, 2 CT-Behandlungsräume und einen Behandlungsraum für Durchleuchtung mit zugehörigen Vorbereitungs- und Schalträumen, sowie Umkleiden und Nebenräumen. Außerdem sind in dieser Teilmaßnahme auch ein Aufenthaltsraum, ein Befundungsraum, ein Aufnahme- sowie ein Demo-Raum vorgesehen. Die Räume werden in den derzeit nicht genutzten Flächen des ehemaligen Herzkatheterlabors verortet, Seitens des Trägers wurde angrenzend an die jetzt geplanten Bereiche bereits ein Funktionsbereich der MRTSs und der digitalen Substraktionsangiographie (DSA) geplant. Für diese Teilmaßnahme ist gemäß der vorgelegten Vorplanung eine Gesamtnutzfläche in Höhe von 474 m² NF vorgesehen. b) Teilmaßnahme Administration in Haus 6, Ebene -1 In Ebene -1 von Haus 6, zwei Ebnen unterhalb der Radiologie und über zwei Treppenhäuser mit dieser verbunden, ist die Administration zur Radiologie vorgesehen. Hier sind 6 Arztzimmer, ein Besprechungsraum, eine Umkleide und ein Waschraum, 2 WCs, ein Abstellraum mit einer Gesamtnutzfläche in Höhe von 134 m² geplant. c) Teilmaßnahme Kinderradiologie in Haus 5, Ebene 2 In der Ebene 2 von Haus 5 wird ein Untersuchungsraum Sonografie, ein Befundungsraum mit der Möglichkeit zur Besprechung, ein Lagerraum sowie eine Bettenwarte im Flurbereich mit einer Nutzfläche in Höhe von 65 m² in der Kinderradiologie geplant. Diese schließt an den MRT-Bereich von Haus 7 an, welcher der Kinderradiologie zugeordnet ist.
