The main purpose of this work is to increase the security compliance and accommodate the increase in staff numbers and tactical equipment. These works will be undertaken in a live operational and therefore experience of operating in live environment is essential. These works will be carried out over 2-month period from January to March 2027. Tamahere Drive Pavement Rehabilitation and Urban Upgrade– Physical Works

Waikato District Council (WDC) is seeking a suitably experienced civil contractor to deliver the Tamahere Drive pavement rehabilitation and urban upgrade physical works (between RP: 0.123 and RP: 1.325) under one contract. The works include pavement rehabilitation, removal of the existing aggregate stockpile site, approximately 40 new diagonal parking spaces, a designated pedestrian crossing point, associated drainage and utility adjustments, traffic management, environmental controls, quality assurance, reinstatement and handover documentation. The successful contractor must safely deliver the controlled design, comply with all consent and statutory requirements, manage live-road and community interfaces, and achieve Practical Completion by 5 April 2027. ** Please note that the Basis of Payment document will be uploaded early next week.**

Independent Review of Health New Zealand's Infrastructure Delivery Functions

The Ministry of Health is seeking an independent reviewer or review team to assess Health New Zealand (Health NZ)'s structures, governance arrangements, processes and capability for planning, prioritising and delivering its physical infrastructure portfolio. The review will consider the strategic planning that informs investment priorities, prioritisation of physical infrastructure investment, organisational structures and capability, major-project planning and delivery, and portfolio oversight, benefits and continuous improvement. Based on the findings of the review a clear set of options and recommendations should be provided that address and improve the delivery and performance of the health infrastructure portfolio.
