Watercare carries out water and wastewater network maintenance services in Auckland. These services are currently separated into three regions (Lots), the Northen, Central and Southern Lots. Watercare wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver services to the Southern and Central Lots. This includes ensuring that all assets under management – pipelines, pump stations, wastewater networks, and associated infrastructure – are maintained to a high operational standard. The scope covers reactive, unprogrammed, and programmed maintenance, as well as emergency response, inspection, and reporting services. The successful provider will play a critical role in ensuring Auckland’s communities continue to have reliable, safe, and sustainable access to water and wastewater services. The services in the Central Lot are currently provided by Watercare’s Central Unit and therefore this Lot has some additional requirements attached to it. We are seeking a long-term partner who can deliver consistent performance and contribute to the resilience of Auckland’s essential services

The existing student bathroom facilities in Blocks 3 and M1 at Raumati Beach School are in poor condition and are no longer fit for purpose and require complete refurbishment and modernisation. In addition to the replacement of sanitary fixtures and fittings, wall and ceiling linings and floor coverings, existing partitions are to be demolished and new individual cubicles are to be constructed, along with the introduction of new double glazed aluminium windows.

We require suitably skilled and experienced contractors to undertake controlled mechanical excavation of our land drains on the Taieri Plains, Tokomairiro, and Balclutha. This work will be delivered across three (3) contract packages covering drainage schemes in East Taieri, West Taieri, Tokomairiro, and Balclutha.

The University of Waikato is seeking registrations of interest from experienced Design & Build organisations capable of supporting the development and delivery of the proposed UniRec New Build Project. The project relates to the potential development of a new purpose-built indoor sport and recreation facility to support student wellbeing, recreation, sport, community engagement and long-term campus development objectives. The University currently estimates the value of the proposed project to be in the order of NZD $30 million to $35 million excluding GST. This estimate is indicative only and remains subject to further refinement through the Competitive Dialogue process and future project approvals.

MODIFICATION STATEMENT OF WORK Sterile Processing Service ST-108 Testing Requirements Upgrade The contractor shall provide all the following for testing the water for/within SPS per the ANSI/AAMI ST108:2023 at the Marion, Fort Wayne, and Jackie Walorski VA sites as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, lodging, and supervision necessary to collect appropriate samples and deliver to a lab meeting the requirements for processing of AAMI ST108. Contractor shall calibrate the conductivity/resistivity meter monthly during their testing visit and provide a water analysis report. The contractor will be part of the multidisciplinary team that assists the water working group with resolving out-of-range water testing, in addition to: Serves as the subject matter expert on water testing per the ST108:2023 Serves as the subject matter expert on corrective actions to mitigate risks for out-of-range water testing parameters. Completes monthly, quarterly, and yearly testing per ST108:2023 and the VHA water contract/SOW. Completes performance qualification testing per the ST108:2023 and per the VHA contract/SOW. The contractor must report any outliers identified during testing within 24 hours of receiving laboratory results. Completes follow-up testing as ordered by engineering for out-of-range water parameters per the ST108:2023 and VHA water contract/SOW. The contractor shall provide VA end users with access to web-based reporting software for ongoing review of water testing data, historical trends, and compliance documentation. All reports must clearly highlight or delineate outliers and be designed to provide ease of reading, ensuring information is presented in a clear, organized, and actionable format. THERE IS NO SEPARATE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PACKAGE TO DOWNLOAD. This procurement will result in one Indefinite Quantity (IQ) contract for civil and structural Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for various facilities and activities under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas. Area of contract coverage is primarily on Guam and may include the outlying areas in the Pacific Ocean, including the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the Micronesia. These services will be procured in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers , as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. The IQ contract will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods (if exercised). The total fee for the contract term shall not exceed $20 million. The guaranteed minimum for the contract term (including option years) is $10,000. Firm-fixed price task orders will be negotiated for this contract. There will be no dollar limit per task order and no dollar limit per year.
