Wyroby powinny spełniać wymagania jakościowe określone w dokumentacji technicznej producenta na dany wyrób. 4.System zarządzania jakością Wykonawcy winien spełniać wymagania zawarte w PN:EN ISO 9001:2015. 5. Na dostarczone wyroby Wykonawca udziela gwarancji na okres 24 miesięcy/200 godzin pracy (w zależności co upłynie wcześniej), licząc od daty odbioru. 6. Na dostarczone ogumienie (opony i dętki) Wykonawca zapewni całkowity okres eksploatacji nie krótszy niż 7 lat. 7. Ponadto, Wykonawca dla dostarczonych akumulatorów lotniczych do statków powietrznych zapewnia: - 15 miesięcy minimalnego okresu eksploatacji akumulatorów na statku powietrznym; - nie mniej niż 3 lata minimalnego okresu przechowywania akumulatorów w magazynach; - brak ograniczenia w eksploatacji na statkach powietrznych pod działaniem przeciążeń pionowych i poziomych. Dodatkowo Wykonawca zapewnia: - dla każdego egzemplarza dla akumulatora lotniczego 12-SAM-28 : komplet korków wentylacyjnych/roboczych (12 szt. roboczych +2 zapasowe z podkładkami), 1 pakiet (70g) siarczan sodowy bezwonny; - do każdej pojedynczej sztuki akumulatora typu: 20KSX-25P, 20FP25H1CT-R, SAFT 26108-7 minimalną ilość ogniw zapasowych w ilości 2 sztuk. The Hokitika Airport Resilience Project (HARP) aims to increase the overall resilience of the airport by improving the airports’ ability to support regional airline aircraft at higher weights and passenger loadings in a wider range of weather conditions and natural hazard events and improve the ability of the region to respond more effectively to natural hazard events. In doing this, WDC hope to improve the safety and security of the Hokitika Airport, protect the airfield assets, and increase its long-term maintainability. WDC are seeking to engage a Contractor to successfully deliver the required civil works, detailed in the design documents. The successful contractor will need to be successfully deliver: • The extension works for the Main 03-21 runway Starter Extensions, through the construction of a high-quality granular pavement and asphaltic concrete surfacing. • The resealing works for the Main 03-21 runway, with the overlay of asphaltic concrete (AC) to the full runway length and width. • The resealing works for the existing 12-30 runway, between the taxiway and 20 thresholds, using Grade 5 chipseal and sand seal treatment. • The required apron extension works, through the construction of a high-quality granular pavement and asphaltic concrete surfacing and installation of a new oil separator. • The required drainage works, which include bulk earthworks and shaping in the runway strip, installation of new drainage pipework, rehabilitation of existing sumps and various remedials. • Resealing works for the Taxiway from the main runway to Apron. In doing this, the contractor must also: • Be willing to work collaboratively with ourselves and our design team to deliver a solution that meets the requirements of the Hokitika Airport. • Be familiar with all the processes and procedures associated with working airside. • Be able to mobilise to undertake the works from 1 September 2026.

Beställaren förutsätter, att anbudsgivaren bekantar sig medentreprenadområdet tillsammans med beställarens representant innan anbudet lämnas in. Entreprenadtiden är 15.10–15.4 årligen. Entreprenaderna omfattar plogning av gator samt gång- och cykelleder enligt kilometer (euro/km), lastning och transport av snö till stadens snöstjälp (euro/lass) samt sandning och övriga skilt överenskomna arbeten till ett timpris (euro/timme). Allt arbete sker enbart baserat på beställning och ska dokumenteras på angivet sätt med hjälp av GPS-trackern, antal lass ska meddelas beställaren vid slutfört arbete. Beställda och utförda arbeten antecknas i en arbetsrapport som baserar sig på utringning och GPS-data, rapporten sammanställs av beställaren. Fakturering sker månatligen och ska baseras på arbetsrapporten. Beställaren förbinder sig till att årligen betala ett garanterat pris för varje entreprenadområde. Det garanterade priset är 600 euro/km (moms 0 %). Av det garanterade priset kan årligen 1/3, dvs. 200 euro/km, faktureras beställaren under höstperioden (15.10–31.12) och resterande 2/3, dvs. 400 euro/km, under vårperioden (1.1–15.4). Från det garanterade beloppet för perioden avdras de kostnader som redan fakturerats för de beställda vinterunderhållsarbetena månatligen för perioden. Om kostnaderna understiger det av beställaren garanterade beloppet, uppvisas senast 15.1 och 15.5 en faktura för återstående garantibelopp för perioden. De garanterade beloppen för höst- och vårperioden granskas separat, dvs. arbeten som utförs under vårperioden dras inte av från det garanterade beloppet för höstperioden.

DescriptionThe Ministry of Foreign Trade and Affairs (MFAT) is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to supply, install and commission a complete new airfield ground lighting (AGL) and navigational aids at Munda Airport, West Georgia, in the Solomon Islands. Works include, but are not limited to, the following: Airfield Ground Lighting A complete new AGL installation is required to allow Munda to be certified for Emergency Alternative Status (EAS), for Honiara Airfield.
