The Crown Regional Holdings Limited (CRHL), through Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is offering for sale surplus armour rock procured for the Ōpōtiki Harbour Development Project. This rock was sourced from regional quarries and used in the construction of breakwater walls and embankment protection. With the primary construction phase now complete, approximately 11,000 tonnes of surplus rock are available for purchase via a competitive open-market process. This one-time sale presents a commercially attractive opportunity for respondents seeking quality materials suitable for coastal defence, embankment protection, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Advance Notice - Technical Support Services (TSS) Panel Reset 2026

This Advance Notice is provided to inform the market of the Ministry of Defence’s (the Ministry) intention to undertake a full reset of the Technical Support Services (TSS) Panel in 2026. The reset will be undertaken in alignment with: • The New Zealand Government Procurement Rules (5th Edition), including updated requirements relating to panels and secondary procurement. • The release of the Defence Capability Plan (DCP); and • The New Zealand Defence Industry Strategy, supporting appropriate competition, supplier diversity, and domestic capability. The Repair of Operational Infrastructure Equipment

Babcock Land Defence Limited - acting as agent to the UK Ministry of Defence ("the Authority") has under consideration a 4 Year plus 2 x 1 Year Options Framework Agreement for The Repair of Operational Hygiene System (OHS) Laundry Transportable, Personal Sanitation Portable (PSP), Operational Field Catering System (OFCS) Equipment. The Authority shall award the Framework Agreement in accordance with the evaluation criteria which will be detailed in the Invitation to Tender. QA standards or equivalent: The contractor shall hold and maintain a certification to ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality accreditation to a correct scope relevant to this requirement. No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting Framework Agreement indeed there is no guarantee that any Framework Agreement will be put in place in relation to this notice.
