All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Navy. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The data associated with the Tomahawk Missile is export controlled and is not available for foreign sources or representatives.
