This will enable NE to fulfil its statutory duty in monitoring designated sites and providing expert evidence to support environmental decision-making and management, including condition assessment of the subfeature. The project must aim to deliver a report which should detail high quality biotope data (identified to EUNIS Habitat Classification level 5 & 6) to describe the presence and distribution of biological communities in the intertidal habitats at The WNNC SAC, which can be compared to previous and future. surveys are conducted between mid-April and Mid-October with a final report being rpovide by february 2027

The framework will support the ongoing maintenance, regulatory compliance and enhancement of Thames Water's digester portfolio, which forms a critical part of sludge treatment operations. Works will be required across multiple sites and will be delivered as discrete packages or programmes of work called off over the duration of the framework. The Contracting Entity asset portfolio are located throughout the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man and therefore the successful tenderer must have the capability to deliver the suite of services required to all locations within the portfolio. Site security system requirements will vary from simple building intruder detection systems to complex integrated solution with intruder detection, CCTV, access control and other security related systems. The Contracting Entity security system strategy is to take advantage of the integration of systems, both at a site level and including interconnections between sites to realise opportunities for an improved control environment, operating efficiencies and cost savings.

To deliver DASP effectively, NHSBT has already undertaken, or is currently undertaking, separate procurement activity for key programme partners and the CRM Platform/Donor Platform. NHSBT is now commencing preliminary market engagement for the next phase of delivery, relating to the proposed appointment of a Technical Implementation Partner (TIP) and a Business Change Partner (BCP). The Technical Implementation Partner is expected to support the technical implementation of the selected CRM Platform/Donor Platform and associated digital ecosystem. This may include activities such as solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, transition, implementation governance, technical assurance and operational readiness. The Business Change Partner is expected to support the business change, adoption and operational transformation required to enable successful implementation of DASP. This may include activities such as stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, operating model design, communications, training, adoption planning, business readiness, benefits realisation and transition to business-as-usual. At this stage, NHSBT’s current intention is to run one procurement exercise covering both the TIP and BCP requirements. This may include separate lots, workstreams or other procurement structure within a single procurement process. However, this position is subject to market engagement and may change before publication of any Invitation to Tender. ORE Catapult require a structured feasibility study to assess the viability of creating a compelling and investible proposition for an Advanced Marine Technology Hub (AMTecH). The Plymouth based facility comprising quayside space for launch and recovery and waterside or inland space for workshops, classrooms, collaboration space, manufacturing facilities will be designed to rapidly grow UK marine autonomy capability, supply chain expertise and export capability across sectors primarily for offshore wind and as an enabler for dual innovation with other sectors including maritime, and defence. Complementing existing facilities in the region by delivering commercial research and development, volume manufacture, test and validate platforms, sensors, and robotics for offshore asset inspection, environmental data collection and long range subsea and surface surveillance. The hub will have the capacity to support development of future +30metre craft to support offshore renewables installation, operations, and maintenance. Preferred sites will be down selected by AMTecH partners in late 2026 who will then need expert advice on the challenges to develop those sites and budgetary estimates of development costs/ planning costs/ license costs, to inform the investment proposal which must be ready by mid 2027. Supply of Replacement Ferry Chains for the Torpoint Ferries

Cornwall Council, on behalf of the joint authorities (Cornwall Council and Plymouth City Council), is re-procuring the supply of ferry chains for Tamar Crossings Ltd. in anticipation of the expiry of the current contract. The Torpoint Ferry operates three floating bridges, each requiring two 655m studless open link chains for propulsion and guidance across the Tamar Estuary. Chains are typically replaced every three years to meet operational requirements and Lloyd’s Register wear tolerances, though actual replacement timing may vary based on wear. This procurement covers the supply of four pairs of main chains and an additional 150m of tunnel chain for connection to counterweight gantries. Delivery is required to site under DDP Incoterms, flaked out on flatbed lorries and preserved for tidal storage. Suppliers must also manage the collection and disposal of used chains, returning any scrappage value (less admin fees) to Tamar Crossings.
