Le mandataire assure, en tant que direction locale des travaux, la surveillance, la direction et la coordination des travaux dans le périmètre du projet EP 11, entre la semi-jonction d’Andeer et la jonction de Rofla, sur le tracé à ciel ouvert et les ouvrages associés. Die Verbandsgemeinde Wonnegau errichtet in der Stadt Osthofen auf dem Gelände östlich der Wonnegauhalle den Neubau der fünfzügigen Seebachgrundschule und eine Zweifeld-Sporthalle. Der Schulneubau ist als zweigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Gebäude in Massivbauweise geplant. Daran anschließend wird der Turnhallenneubau ebenfalls als zweigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Gebäude mit Hallenteil, in Massivbauweise errichtet. Die Dachausbildung beider Gebäude erfolgt als Flachdach, bzw. leicht geneigtes Dach mit umlaufender Attika. Die Gebäudeabmessungen des zweiflügligen Schulneubaus betragen ca. 53,65 x 59,35 m, OK Attika ca. 8,20m ü. OKFF EG, die des Turnhallenneubaus ca. 30,70 x 46,35 m, OK Attika ca. 9,80 m ü. OKFF EG. Das Baufeld liegt innerhalb eines Wasserschutzgebietes (Wasserschutzzone IIIb). Die Zufahrt zum Baustellenbereich erfolgt über die Wonnegaustraße und die Baustraße östlich der Kindertagesstätte, die Abfahrt über den Festplatz auf die Herrnsheimer Straße.

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka spotřebního materiálu pro chemická a morfologická vyšetření moči v rozsahu a specifikaci dle bodu 2.4. Spotřebním materiálem se rozumí veškeré diagnostické sety, systémové roztoky a jiné reagencie sloužící k analýze vzorků, kalibraci, kontrole, čištění a nezbytné údržbě přístroje. Součástí plnění zakázky je rovněž bezplatné zapůjčení 2 ks identických automatizovaných močových linek včetně veškerého potřebného příslušenství pro zpracování nabízených reagencií s odpovídajícím výkonem po dobu 6 let. 2.4. Podrobná specifikace veřejné zakázky (- viz tabulka v Zadávací dokumentaci) V nabídce musí být uveden veškerý spotřební materiál pro stanovení požadovaných vyšetření, a to v objemu odpovídajícímu předpokladu, že všechna vyšetření budou prováděna s frekvencí denně (365 x za rok). Předmětem nabídky může být pouze výrobek, jenž byl řádně uveden na trh a je vystaveno platné prohlášení o shodě, je-li příslušnou legislativou požadováno. Nabídka musí obsahovat identifikaci a popis jednotlivých položek předmětu plnění v českém jazyce, obrazovou dokumentaci nabízeného materiálu (např. prospekty) a prohlášení o shodě ke všem nabízeným výrobkům. Uvedené požadavky se vztahují na reagencie a spotřební materiál nabízený k dodání i na přístrojovou techniku vč. příslušenství, která bude předmětem zápůjčky. Zadavatel požaduje dostupnost bezpečnostních listů v českém jazyce dle zákona č. 375/2022 Sb., v platném znění. Spotřební materiál i přístrojové vybavení musí splňovat podmínky pro plnění požadavků ČSN 15189 v aktuálním znění. Jako součást dodávek diagnostik k chemické a morfologické analýze moči požaduje zadavatel bezplatné zapůjčení 2 ks identických plně automatizovaných močových linek v konfiguraci uvedené dále, včetně bezplatného zaškolení pracovníků obsluhy (jedna linka pro pracoviště Lochotín, jedna linka pro pracoviště Bory).
