ET-AUC-559232-CS-INDV The African Union Commission has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Eastern and Southern Africa Girls’ Empowerment and Resilience (EAGER) programme and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include supporting the implementation of the EAGER Communications and Visibility Strategy by ensuring timely delivery of communication products, visibility activities, digital content, media engagement, and knowledge-sharing outputs for the project. Specific tasks include: Communication Planning and Coordination Support implementation of the EAGER Communications and Visibility Strategy and related annual and quarterly communication workplans. Assist in preparing editorial calendars, campaign schedules, dissemination plans, and communication tracking tools. Coordinate communication tasks and follow-up actions with WGYD, AUC departments, country teams, consultants, and service providers. Content Development and Editorial Support Draft, edit, and format high-quality communication and advocacy materials, including press releases, fact sheets, briefing notes, newsletters, web stories, speeches, talking points, and success stories. Support the development of human-interest stories, beneficiary profiles, and field-based documentation of project achievements. Ensure all written materials are clear, accurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned with AU institutional standards and EAGER messaging. Le Fonds d’Intervention pour le Développement (FID) a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant de ces dons pour effectuer les paiements au titre des prestations décrites en (2) ci-après ; Les prestations du consultant consistent à : Mettre en place les Comités de Protection Sociale (CPS) ou mobiliser les CPS existants au niveau des fokontany et assurer leur opérationnalisation ; Appuyer les CPS pour l’info-communication de l’ensemble de la communauté du fokontany sur le programme, le processus de ciblage et la nécessité du carnet de fokontany qui devrait contenir les informations sur tous les membres du ménage ; Former les CPS sur les critères éligibles et le processus de ciblage ; Accompagner les CPS dans l’identification des ménages et établissement de la liste des ménages éligibles ; Appuyer le fokontany à l’organisation (lieu et calendrier) de la collecte des informations sur les ménages potentiels ; Assurer la collecte des informations sur les ménages en assurant que les principes d’enregistrement (pièces justificatives), et l’organisation prévue soient communiqués à la communauté (calendrier de préenregistrement) et respectés ; Assurer la qualité des informations collectées auprès des ménages ; Assurer la remontée quotidienne des données vers le serveur de données.
