Le Fonds d’Intervention pour le Développement (FID) a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant de ces dons pour effectuer les paiements au titre des prestations décrites en (2) ci-après ; Les prestations du consultant consistent à : Mettre en place les Comités de Protection Sociale (CPS) ou mobiliser les CPS existants au niveau des fokontany et assurer leur opérationnalisation ; Appuyer les CPS pour l’info-communication de l’ensemble de la communauté du fokontany sur le programme, le processus de ciblage et la nécessité du carnet de fokontany qui devrait contenir les informations sur tous les membres du ménage ; Former les CPS sur les critères éligibles et le processus de ciblage ; Accompagner les CPS dans l’identification des ménages et établissement de la liste des ménages éligibles ; Appuyer le fokontany à l’organisation (lieu et calendrier) de la collecte des informations sur les ménages potentiels ; Assurer la collecte des informations sur les ménages en assurant que les principes d’enregistrement (pièces justificatives), et l’organisation prévue soient communiqués à la communauté (calendrier de préenregistrement) et respectés ; Assurer la qualité des informations collectées auprès des ménages ; Assurer la remontée quotidienne des données vers le serveur de données.
