Vergabeverfahren zur Gestellung von Notärzten an zwei Standorten im Landkreis Nordwestmecklenburg (Lose 1 - 2) im Submissionsmodell. Mit den ausgewählten Bietern / Bietergemeinschaften wird gem. § 7 Abs. 5 S. 1, 2 RDG M-V jeweils ein öffentlich-rechtlicher Vertrag geschlossen. Die vertragsgegenständliche Leistung des Auftragnehmers besteht in der Besetzung von Aufgabenträger beigestellten und unterhaltenen NEF mit Notärzten sowie der Begleitung des Transports von Notfallpatienten auf Weisung der Integrierten Leitstelle und grundsätzlich unabhängig von den Grenzen des Rettungsdienstbereichs. Die Behandlung und der Transport umfasst die medizinische Behandlung der Patienten nach aktuellem Stand der Technik und aktuellen Leitlinien. Die zu vergebenden Rettungsdienstleistungen sind Gegenstand eines Dienstleistungsauftrags (öffentlich-rechtlicher Dienstvertrag).

Управителният съвет на „Електроразпределителни мрежи Запад“ ЕАД открива и провежда процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка от вида „открита“ на основание чл. 132 във връзка с чл. 18, ал. 1, т. 1, чл. 19, ал. 2 и чл. 20, ал. 1, т. 3, б. „б“ от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП), с цел сключване на договор за доставка на неупотребявани влекач и бордово ремарке. Към момента на обявяване на настоящата поръчка прогнозното количество от стоката е 1 (един) брой влекач и бордово полуремарке, което Възложителят е определил за период от 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца. Прогнозната обща стойност за доставка на нови, неупотребявани влекач и бордово полуремарке за срока на действие на договора от 24 месеца е в размер на 140 000.00 (сто и четиридесет хиляди) евро без ДДС. На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП, комисията ще извърши оценка на техническите и ценовите предложения на участниците преди разглеждане на документите за съответствие с критериите за подбор. Действията на комисията ще се извършат в последователност, предвидена в чл. 61 от Правилника за прилагане на Закона за обществените поръчки (ППЗОП).

Předmětem plnění Veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce (a zajištění dodávek a souvisejících služeb), které řeší úpravy a novou přístavbu provozu urgentního příjmu v 1. nadzemním podlaží (NP) a 1. podzemním podlaží (PP) severního křídla budovy C Nemocnice Kyjov a novou přístavbu ambulancí v 1. NP a 1. PP Západního křídla budovy C Nemocnice Kyjov. Urgentní příjem je specializované pracoviště akutní lůžkové péče s nepřetržitým provozem, které zajišťuje příjem a poskytování intenzivní akutní lůžkové péče a specializované ambulantní péče pacientům s náhle vzniklým závažným postižením zdraví a pacientům v přímém ohrožení života. Vybraný dodavatel bude zajišťovat záruční servis a opakované instruktáže zdravotnického personálu po dobu trvání záruční doby dle příslušných ujednání návrhu smlouvy o dílo, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 ZD. Součástí předmětu plnění není dodávka zdravotnické techniky, její montáž, instalace, uvedení do provozu ani provedení souvisejících zkoušek a testů. Technická specifikace předmětu Veřejné zakázky je uvedena v příloze č. 2 ZD. Veřejná zakázka je financována z Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu 2021-2027 na základě 104. výzvy IROP – Vznik a modernizace urgentních příjmů – SC 4.3 (PR), zajišťovaného Ministerstvem pro místní rozvoj ČR. Zadavatel podal žádost o podporu s názvem Urgentní příjem – Nemocnice Kyjov. Registrační číslo projektu CZ.06.04.03/00/23_104/0007009. Dodavatel je povinen dodržovat veškerá pravidla a podmínky vyplývající z uvedeného dotačního programu, která se vztahují k Veřejné zakázce.
