Predmet javnega naročila so storitve stacionarne IP telefonije in naslednje povezane storitve: - storitev uporabe centrale znotraj HKOM, - storitev najema IP opreme (telefonskih aparatov), - storitve klicanja za potrebe govorne telefonije, - storitev klicnega centra, agentov in nadzornikov ter - storitev masovnega pošiljanja SMS sporočil. Javno naročilo je razdeljeno na tri sklope, in sicer: SKLOP 1: Storitve stacionarne IP telefonije, ki vključuje naslednje storitve: - storitev uporabe centrale znotraj HKOM, - storitev najema IP opreme (telefonskih aparatov), - storitve klicanja za potrebe govorne telefonije ter - storitve, potrebne za delovanje klicnega centra: funkcija »agent« in funkcija »nadzornik«. SKLOP 2: Pridobitev aplikacije oz. nakup licence za vodenje stikov (CRM). SKLOP 3: Storitev masovnega pošiljanja SMS sporočil. Javno naročilo se oddaja za obdobje treh (3) let. Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila in obseg naročila sta razvidna iz tehničnih specifikacij, vzorca pogodbe in obrazca “Ponudbeni predračun”. POMEMBNO: Naročnik pojasnjuje, da je bil za sklop 2 predmetnega javnega naročila postopek oddaje javnega naročila že izveden kot izločeni sklop na podlagi petega odstavka 73. člena ZJN-3, z namenom zagotavljanja pravočasnega in nemotenega izvajanja predmeta javnega naročila. Navedeni sklop zato ni predmet tega povabila k oddaji ponudb. Predmet tega postopka sta preostala sklopa javnega naročila, in sicer sklop 1 in sklop 3. Ponudnik lahko odda ponudbo za enega ali oba sklopa.

Whitecliffs Bridge Replacement - Design and Construct

The Selwyn District Council intends to procure a Design and Construct (D&C) contractor for the replacement of the existing Whitecliffs Bridge over the Selwyn River. The existing bridge has reached the end of its service life and will be demolished and replaced in the same general alignment. The new bridge is expected to be a single‑lane structure with a separated pedestrian footpath, along with associated road, civil, and utility works. The scope includes detailed design, demolition of the existing bridge, construction of the replacement bridge, approach road works, barriers and safety works, utility relocations, traffic management, environmental and cultural management, and project handover.
