A) PRODUSE: 1) 5 rame electrice pentru transportul metropolitan de călători cu opțiunea de suplimentare cu maxim 2 rame electrice, conform cerințelor minimale specificate în Caietul de Sarcini (CS); 2) Alte dotări și accesorii, conform cerințelor specificate în CS. Având în vedere prevederile art. 221, alin. (1), lit. a) din Legea nr. 98/2016 - privind achizițiile publice, ale art. 72, alin. (1), lit. (a) din Directiva 2014/24/UE și concluziile studiului de fezabilitate, în contractul de achiziție va fi prevăzută o CLAUZĂ de REVIZUIRE privind posibilitatea suplimentării cu maxim 2 rame electrice de acelasi tip conform cerințelor CS, aceleasi performante tehnice (sau superioare), aceleasi conditii contractuale, inclusiv acelasi termen de livrare si acelasi pret de furnizare ofertat in cadrul ofertei castigatoare. Suplimentarea cantitatilor achizitionate va putea fi făcută fără organizarea unei proceduri competitive, prin incheierea unor acte adiționale la contractul de achiziție. B) SERVICII: 1) Mentenanță și reparații pentru o perioadă de 15 ani pentru cele 5 rame electrice achizitionate. Serviciile sunt necesare funcționarii respectivelor rame electrice, conform cerințelor specificate în CS; 2) Instruirea personalului în ceea ce privește exploatarea, operarea ramelor electrice și aplicațiilor software; 3) Transportul, asigurarea, punerea în funcțiune, asistența tehnică în perioada de garanție. Der vil blive tale om en høj bebyggelsesprocent i bymæssig sammenhæng, hvorfor tilbud i høj grad skal præsentere en disponering, der udover at kunne rumme et velfungerende hjemligt plejehjem også tilpasses i den eksisterende bymæssige struktur. Frederiksberg Kommune ønsker et tilbud på totalrådgivning til udarbejdelse af dispositionsforslag og byg-geprogram med baggrund i den af rådgiver foreslåede idé. totalrådgiver skal efterfølgende overgå som råd-giver for totalentreprenør. Opgaven udbydes som et udbud med forhandling i henhold til udbudsloven. Udbuddet omhandler totalrådgivning opdelt i to hovedfase: - Fase 1 er indledende projektering - Fase 2 er afsluttende projektering, projektopfølgning og aflevering mv. Indhold af fase 1 og fase 2 vil fremgå af ydelsesbeskrivelse i henhold til YBL 18 med bygherres kommenta-rer, visions- og funktionsprogram og opgave- og procesbeskrivelse. I fase 1 vil bygherre være kontraktholder og totalrådgiver vil i fase 1 arbejde tæt samarbejde med bygherre. I fase 2 vil kontrakten overgå fra bygherre til den kommende totalentreprenør, totalentreprenøren vil i fase 2 være kontraktholder og totalrådgiver vil i den resterende del af opgaven være en del af det samlede total-entreprenørteam. Totalrådgiver skal i deres tilbud give pris på henholdsvis Fase 1 - den indledende rådgivning og Fase 2 - den afsluttende projektering, projektopfølgning og aflevering. Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ)
DFØ currently has framework agreements for payment and account management services, with the accompanying additional contracts with two banks. These contracts expire 10.5.2027, provided that the last option is not used. DFØ intends to enter into new framework agreements with banks by May 2027, so that all government entities will enter into new framework agreements by 10.11.2027. DFØ aims to announce the competition during October 2026. The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ) is an ordinary government administration body under the Ministry of Finance. See the www.dfo.no for further information on DFØ and our organisation. DFØ is responsible for i.a. entering into and administering framework agreements for payment and account holding services for government entities. The framework agreements are connected to the government ́s group account scheme in Norges Bank and are obligatory for all government entities to use. There are approx. 200 organisations that have made call-offs on the current framework agreements. The transaction volume is approx. NOK 85 million payment transactions per annum. The treasury single account system (TSA) entails that all government liquidity is consolidated daily in the government’s account with Norges Bank. Banks entering into the framework agreement must therefore have an agreement with Norges Bank and be able to adapt their systems to this arrangement.

Les travaux ont donc pour objet : - De stopper les infiltrations d'eau pour éviter la détérioration de nos ouvrages ; - De garantir la pérennité des ouvrages ; - De garantir la disponibilité des ouvrages à l'exploitation ; - D'assurer la sécurité du personnel RATP ; - De redonner une meilleure image de nos espaces dégradée par la présence des infiltrations ; - D'améliorer et d'atteindre les objectifs de netteté des espaces contractualisés auprès d'IDFM ; - De diminuer les interventions des agents de maintenance. La consultation est composée de deux lots.
