Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka a instalace nového, dosud neužívaného, nerepasovaného, plně funkčního 1 ks přístroje pro sekvenační analýzu DNA, 1 ks přístroje pro fragmentaci DNA a 3 ks různých serverů (výpočetních stanic). Předmět plnění spočívá v následujícím plnění: 1 kus přístroje pro „masivně“ paralelní sekvenační analýzu založenou na principu tzv. long-read DNA sequencing, tedy technologie sekvenování DNA pomocí dlouhých čtení. Toto zařízení bude zkoumat regiony, nové geny, genetickou variabilitu, nové strukturní varianty, polynukleotidové expanze a regulační prvky, které spadají do tzv. "dark regions", tedy nedostupné stávajícím technologiím tzv. krátkých čtení DNA. Musí být použitelný pro výzkum, diagnostiku a léčbu vzácných onemocnění v rámci Evropských referenčních sítí pro vzácná onemocnění ultravzácných onemocnění a mezinárodní výzkumné sítě ERDERA.org. 1 kus přístroje pro kontrolovanou fragmentaci DNA na velikost vzorků minimálně v rozmezí 5 až 100 kb, rychlostí minimálně 90 vzorků za 120 minut. 3 kusy související výpočetní techniky tzn. serverů pro zpracování surových dat ze zařízení, server pro ukládání a zálohování výsledků sekvenování a analýzy dat výpočetní a pracovní stanici pro bioinformatickou analýzu, optimalizované pro spolupráci s výše uvedenými přístroji to vše dle zadávací dokumentace VZ.

The scope of work for this package consists of design, furnish material, fabricate, test, and deliver (9) vertical concrete volute pumps (based on U.S. and European Materials, Codes and Standards) for each of the three nuclear power plants (NPPs) planned for the Poland AP100 Project. The Circulating Water Concrete Volute Pump, pumps brackish Baltic Sea water to remove heat from the main condensers in a once through cooling system configuration. There are 9 total concrete volute pumps for the project site (3 x 33% per unit) with a rated flow of 21.3 m3/s (76,668 m3/hr), pump head of 22.5m, and design life of 60 years. There shall be physical model testing and shop performance testing on the pump. NOTE: The estimates provided above are APPROXIMATE only. The intent is to give bidders an idea of the scale of the project. La sous-station 380/220 kV de Romanel (VD) est située dans la commune de Romanel-sur-Lausanne, dans le canton de Vaud. En 2025, un avant-projet (phase SIA 31) comprenant différentes variantes a été élaboré pour ce projet. Le choix de la variante a été arrêté en 2026. Le présent appel d’offres porte désormais sur les phases allant du projet de construction jusqu’à la fin du projet (équivalent des phases SIA 32 à SIA 53). Dans un premier temps, les prestations des phases SIA 32 à SIA 41 sont commandées. Les phases SIA 51 à SIA 53 font l'objet d'un appel d'offres en option et seront commandées, le cas échéant, dans un deuxième temps. Les travaux de planification doivent donc être réalisés dans une mesure habituelle pour un tel projet. Pour la planification et la coordination de ce projet, le présent appel d'offres vise à recruter le maître d'œuvre pour les phases SIA 32 à 53. Outre l'étendue des prestations spécifiques à son domaine de compétence, le maître d'œuvre assume également la supervision et la coordination générales de tous les domaines spécialisés impliqués, y compris les interfaces, en tant que responsable général au sens de la norme SIA 103.
