Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två delområden: 1. Specialanpassade rengörings- och desinfektionsprodukter 2. Service och reparation av bottensugare. Pepparrotsbadet i Enköping är en komplex och högt belastad anläggning där hygien, säkerhet och driftsäkerhet är avgörande för både besökare och personal. För att upprätthålla en trygg och ren miljö krävs specialanpassade kemikalier som klarar de höga krav som ställs i en simhallsverksamhet. Produkterna ska uppfylla gällande lagstiftning och miljökrav samt ha dokumenterad funktion och säker hantering. Bottensugare utgör en viktig del av simhallens drift då de säkerställer att bassängbottnar hålls rena från smuts och partiklar. För att upprätthålla god hygien och driftsäkerhet krävs regelbunden service och snabb tillgång till reparation vid behov, vilket minskar risken för driftstörningar och försämrad vattenkvalitet. Syftet är att säkerställa en effektiv, säker och hållbar drift av anläggningen.

The anticipated scale remains substantial and may include approximately 3,823,387 learner workbooks and 40,547 teacher guides per school term, subject to confirmation at contract stage.

Modification Notice Original description: Trinity House engaged the services of a technical specialist to support their vessel replacement programme. Full details of the stages, duties, etc. were included in the original Invitation to Tender. Description of the modifications The original project to replace one Trinity House Vessel (THV) was updated to include the replacement of a second THV. The amendment requires the technical specialist services to cover both THV's. The original tender allowed for the timescale to be adjusted to fully deliver THV no.1 using competitively tested rates. These rates have been adjusted in line with originally tendered agreement and are aligned to the original contract pricing structure. This structure will be to deliver THV no. 2 Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: Previous competitive procurements for vessel no. 1 failed to deliver successful contract awards. This dictated a project review and extensive market engagement which resulted in a new procurement exercise for the replacement of two vessels instead of a single vessel. The two vessel procurement could not have been predicted at the time of procuring the original contract for technical support services.

Creative United's objective is to use the Take it away scheme to support creative livelihoods by providing affordable access to musical instruments to people of all ages and abilities across the UK, working in partnership with musical instrument retailers and other organisations across the music sector. The Scheme is open to all qualifying UK residents over the age of 18 (subject to status) and made available via a network of approved musical instrument retailers in England. A variation of the scheme in partnership with the Arts Council of Northern Ireland is available exclusively to Northern Ireland Residents over the age of 18. The awarded contract would cover the provision of the Scheme through the network of retailers in England and in Northern Ireland. The opportunity may also exist during the term of the awarded contract for the Scheme to be extended to include a network of retailers in Wales and/or Scotland subject to the agreement and financial support of their respective Arts Councils (or other funders) in due course.
