The Norwegian Parliament ́s current system for handling user enquiries, Footprints, is nearing the end of its technological lifetime and it no longer fulfils the requirements for modern, secure and effective case handling. For the users, the current situation means that enquiries need to be directed through several different channels – such as Footprints, email, telephone, SMS and physical attendance – which creates uncertainty as to where to address, who is following up, and what the status of the case is. In order to meet these challenges, the project New System for User Enquiries was established with the aim of acquiring and introducing a modern ESM platform (Enterprise Service Management), in which a new system for user enquiries is established as the first system on the platform. An ESM platform will not only replace Footprints, but at the same time give the Norwegian Parliament a common technological foundation for several types of work processes in the long term. Thus, the project addresses both the need for a new user enquiry system and the strategic need to ensure growth when the organisation is ready for it. The aim is to use a system that is secure, scalable and based on standardised processes and integrations. The platform approach facilitates further digitalisation, better data quality and more fact-based decisions. It also supports the Norwegian Parliament ́s need for efficiency, automation and overall management information. Future situationWhen the system is implemented, the Norwegian Parliament has adopted a flexible and scaleable platform that supports user enquiries as the first process, but which is also rigged to handle several work processes over time. The platform enables gradual development where the Norwegian Parliament itself manages the tempo, at the same time that the tenderer contributes with the necessary competence for configuration, development and implementation and its best practice and experience from other customers. The traffic signalling system is a part of the physical transport infrastructure, which is defined as critical infrastructure for maintaining the society ́s basic functions. In order to strengthen security, improve traceability and make access management more efficient, we want to replace the traditional key systems to modern electronic lock systems. The Traffic Management Section in the Agency for Urban Environment (BYM) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of traffic signalling systems, as well as automatic barriers and bollards on municipal roads. We currently have approx. 320 installations in operation, as well as 30 installations connected to automatic barriers and bollards. The Agency for Urban Environment plans to implement a procurement in the form of a framework agreement for the delivery and implementation of an electronic lock system for these installations. The objective of the market survey is to obtain information on available systems and possibilities in the market as a basis for further design of the competition. We would like feedback from the supplier market to be able to have the correct requirements in the procurement and contract. In addition we would like you to respond to the market survey regarding due diligence assessments for responsible businesses, see the separate form. The questions can be answered in the forms. Der Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis in Mosbach plant die Generalsanierung der Ludwig-Erhard-Schule, Kaufmännische Schulen Mosbach, in zentraler Innenstadtlage im Katzenhorn. Die Generalsanierung umfasst die Gebäudeteile A und B mit etwa 8015 m² BGF aus den 70er Jahren. Die Turnhalle ist nicht Bestandteil der Sanierung. Die Gebäude der Ludwig-Erhard-Schule liegen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu den Gebäuden der Pestalozzi-Realschule, dem Nikolaus-Kistner-Gymnasium, dem Freibad und der Jahnhalle. Das Grundstück wird durch einen großen Parkplatz am Hammerweg, die Jean de la Fontaine Straße, den das Stadtgebiet teilenden Bach Elz und das Freibadaußengelände begrenzt. Die Energieversorgung des Schulareals erfolgt aktuell über eine im Gebäude befindliche Trafostation, eine PV-Anlage und einen Anschluss an das örtliche Fernwärmenetz. Im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsstudie aus dem Jahr 2024 wurde die Machbarkeit einer energetischen Sanierung und Modernisierung der Bauteile A und B untersucht. Hierbei sollte auch die Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit u.a. durch Errichtung eines Aufzuges, berücksichtigt werden. Technische Anlagen wurden während der Nutzungsdauer zwar instandgehalten und teilweise erneuert, sollen nun aber im Rahmen der Generalsanierung neu konzeptioniert und nach Notwendigkeit vollständig erneuert werden. Insbesondere die Gebäudehülle, der in Stahlbetonskelettbauweise errichteten Gebäude, soll energetisch optimiert werden. Im Rahmen der Generalsanierung erfolgt ebenfalls eine Neubewertung der brandschutztechnischen Eigenschaften der Gebäude und der vorhandenen Baukonstruktionen. Für die Dauer der Generalsanierung im laufenden Schulbetrieb ist eine teilweise Auslagerung von Klassen in eine Containeranlage geplant.
