Cork County Council is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Works Contractors, including multi disciplinary Design Team Services, for the delivery of social housing projects using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) with an estimated project value in excess of €5 million and no upper limit. Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Specialist(s) - including but not limited to Volumetric Housing Units; Panelised (Timber Frame, Light Gauge Steel Frame, Precast Concrete Panels and Structurally-Insulated Panels); Insulated Concrete formwork. The framework will have an overall estimated value of €250 million, and it is intended that seven contractors will be appointed. The framework is for Contractor-Designed projects, with PW-CF2 to be used as the form of public works contract. The following consultancy services will also be required as part of the Contractor’s Design Team: • Designer – Architectural Services (Contractor Design Specialist), including PSDP • Designer – Civil and Structural Engineering Services (Contractor Design Specialist) • Designer – Mechanical and Electrical Services (Contractor Design Specialist) The initial project comprises the construction of 45 No. social housing units on a Design and Build basis using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) at Broomfield West (Phase B), Midleton, Co. Cork. The accommodation comprises: • 10 No. 1-bed apartments • 8 No. 2-bed apartments • 3 No. two-storey 4-bed semi-detached houses • 8 No. 2-bed terrace houses • 16 No. 3-bed terrace houses The works will also include associated mechanical and electrical services installations, together with associated site development and external works. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Verpflegungsdienstleistungen in Zentralen Unterbringungseinrichtungen (ZUEen) und Erstaufnahmeeinrichtungen (EAE) für Flüchtlinge des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen. Die Bezirksregierung Arnsberg leitet für die beteiligten Bezirksregierungen Arnsberg, Detmold, Düsseldorf, Köln und Münster dieses Verfahren. Vertragspartner des Auftragnehmers wird das Land NRW, vertreten durch die jeweils zuständige Bezirksregierung. Der in dem Vergabeverfahren gesuchte Dienstleister stellt die Verpflegung der dort untergebrachten Personen an 365 Tagen im Jahr sicher. Nähere Informationen dazu enthalten die Vergabeunterlagen.

Via deze opdracht wenst het UZ Leuven over te gaan tot de aankoop van een geavanceerd systeem voor intra-operatieve beeldvorming en een navigatiesysteem (image guided surgery system). De nieuwe apparatuur zal worden gebruikt bij chirurgische ingrepen aan de schedel en wervelkolom door neurochirurgen, orthopedisch chirurgen, traumachirurgen en maxillofaciale chirurgen. Het systeem moet in staat zijn om beeldvorming met hoge resolutie te leveren voor zowel wervelkolom- als schedeloperaties. Het systeem moet realtime beeldvorming toelaten om chirurgen te ondersteunen tijdens complexe procedures. Toepassingen omvatten chirurgie voor wervelkolomdeformiteiten, degeneratieve en traumatische wervelkolomchirurgie, schedelbasis chirurgie, deep brain stimulation (DBS), stereotactische biopsie, enz. Met het oog op de toekomst zal ook de compatibiliteit / beschikbaarheid van een robotsysteem voor spinale toepassingen, DBS, stereotactische biopsiename,… mee worden beoordeeld. Dit robotsysteem maakt evenwel geen deel uit van deze aankoop. Graag maximale inlichtingen: met welke navigatiesystemen is de robot compatibel, financiële randvoorwaarden, technische specs,…).

(Eind)Verwerken/bewerken/handelen/depotwerk van aan Twence aangeboden (afval)stoffen of producten, met aangegeven/overeengekomen machines/middelen. Machines/middelen/verwerkingsmethodieken kunnen door verschillend aanbod/materiaalsoort variëren. Meestal betreft het landmachines zoals kranen of shovels van voldoende grootte en geschikte (in afstemming) appendages. Leveren van geschikt personeel voor ondersteunende werkzaamheden zoals (afval) controleurs, machinisten (met mogelijke inzet op Twence eigen materieel) etc. Deze benoemde punten zijn niet limitatief, de scope kan gedurende de contractperiode bij nieuwe behoeftes gewijzigd worden.

Interested parties will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions. There will be a further period of one week following this session, for Suppliers to make suggestions. It is then, the intention of GNI to prepare and issue a tender to the market via OJEU. Date of the Market Engagement session will be communicated after the closing date of two weeks. Gas Networks Ireland is looking for expressions of interest only at this stage from Services Providers in this area.
