Contexte et justification- de garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la performance des solutions de cuisson introduites sur le marché malagasy ;- de renforcer la crédibilité des politiques publiques et des investissements dans le sous-secteur ;- de positionner Madagascar dans le réseau international des Regional Testing and Knowledge Centers (RTKCs) ;- de soutenir l’innovation locale et l’intégration des filières de cuisson propre dans les marchés régionaux et mondiaux.- d’assurer l’évaluation technique des biocombustibles et des technologies de cuisson propre (foyers améliorés, biogaz, électricité, bioéthanol, biocharbon, briquette, pellette, etc.) selon les normes internationales ISO ; - de certifier les technologies énergétiques propres pour faciliter leur homologation et leur mise sur le marché ; - de protéger les consommateurs en garantissant des produits fiables, performants et sûrs ; - de promouvoir l’innovation et l’amélioration continue des technologies de cuisson propre ;- de renforcer la crédibilité des produits locaux sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux; - d’appuyer les politiques publiques en matière de transition énergétique et de réduction des impacts environnementaux ; - de contribuer à la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre et à l’amélioration de la santé des ménages.2.
