The Government of the Republic of Marshall Islands has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the RMI Urban Resilience Project (RMIURP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The purpose of this consultancy is to provide dedicated technical, coordination, and project management support to the Director of the National Disaster Management Office (NDMO) for the effective implementation of Component 5: Disaster Preparedness and Response under RMIURP.
