Le Gouvernement de la République de Côte d’Ivoire a obtenu un crédit de l’Association Internationale pour le Développement (IDA), d’un montant équivalent à deux cent cinquante millions (250 000 000) USD, pour la mise en œuvre du Projet d’Appui à la Sécurité de l’Eau et de l’Assainissement (PASEA). Une partie de ces ressources financières sera utilisée pour le recrutement d’un(e) Assistant(e) en Sauvegarde Sociale à l’Unité de Coordination du Projet d’Appui à la Sécurité de l’Eau et à l’Assainissement (PASEA) . 2. Sous l’autorité du Coordonnateur et sous la responsabilité du Spécialiste en Sauvegarde Sociale du PASEA, l’Assistant en Sauvegarde Sociale aura pour mission d’apporter un appui au spécialiste du projet dans la gestion des aspects sociaux dans la planification et l’exécution de toutes les activités du projet, dans le respect de toutes les exigences des NES relatives au développement social, y compris la gestion de l'exploitation et des abus sexuels/harcèlement sexuel (EAS / HS). This project is financed by the World Bank through the above financing. The Ministry Of Infrastructure And Sustainable Energy (MISE) invites written quotations from eligible bidders for the Construction of ON SITE SANITATION facilities the four communities of Abarao, Ananau Causeway, Nanikai, and Teaoraereke West as follows: Abarao (Lot 1) Ananau Causeway (Lot 2) Nanikai (Lot 3) Teaoraereke West (Lot 4) Bidders may submit bids for one Lot, several Lots, or all four Lots. Each Lot shall be evaluated separately, while taking into account the Bidder’s demonstrated capacity to implement the full scope of the Lot(s) for which it has submitted a bid. 2. The Employer may award one or more Lots to a single Bidder or to different Bidders, in accordance with the RFQ. Where a Bidder is considered for award of more than one Lot, the Employer shall assess whether the Bidder has sufficient technical capacity, personnel, equipment, management arrangements, financial resources, and past performance to implement the awarded Lots concurrently and within the required completion period. 3. Bidders will be required to demonstrate adequate financial, technical, managerial, environmental and social, and logistical capacity to perform the Works. This will include evidence of financial resources and construction turnover appropriate to the Lot or Lots bid, at least five years of construction experience, successful completion of similar civil works contracts, and relevant experience in on-site sanitation, septic tanks, household sanitation facilities, wastewater, sewerage, water supply, stormwater, underground pipework, trenching, utility coordination, reinstatement, or similar works.
