REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) RMI Urban Resilience Project Grant No.: E6610-MH Assignment Title: Disaster Specialist/Project Coordinator Reference no.: MH-MWIU-554411-CS-INDV 1. The Government of the Republic of Marshall Islands has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the RMI Urban Resilience Project (RMIURP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The purpose of this consultancy is to provide dedicated technical, coordination, and project management support to the Director of the National Disaster Management Office (NDMO) for the effective implementation of Component 5: Disaster Preparedness and Response under RMIURP. The Consultant will support NDMO in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on disaster preparedness and response activities financed under the project, while ensuring close coordination with the PIU, CIU, and World Bank Task Team.
