Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a reçu un financement de la Banque Mondiale pour financer le Projet Connecter Madagascar pour une Croissance Inclusive (PCMCI) , et à l’intention d’utiliser une partie de ce crédit pour effectuer des paiements au titre du Marché : Service de transit des ponts modulaires urgents. 2. L’Unité de gestion du Projet sollicite des offres fermées de la part des soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour fournir ce service de transit comprenant entre autres le dédouanement et le transport de ponts métalliques modulaires et des équipements de montage. 3. La procédure sera conduite par mise en concurrence nationale en recourant à un Appel d’Offres (AO) telle que définie dans le « Règlement applicable aux Emprunteurs – Passation des Marchés dans le cadre de Financement de Projets d’Investissement Cinquième édition, septembre 2023 de la Banque Mondiale, » et ouverte à tous les soumissionnaires de pays éligibles tels que définis dans le Règlement de passation des marchés. 4. Les Soumissionnaires intéressés et éligibles peuvent obtenir des informations et prendre connaissance des documents d’Appel d’offres à l’adresse mentionnée ci-dessous. 5. Le Dossier d’Appel d’Offres en français, peut être demandé en formulant une demande écrite à l’adresse ci-dessous. 6.
