SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES: The key objectives in issuing this RFP is as follows: This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to identify CBC/Radio-Canada’s future Supplier(s) of printing equipment (multifunction and single purpose) and associated managed print services required for CBC/Radio-Canada. CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a new Managed Print Services agreement with a built-in catalog of certified equipment and cloud-hosted print architecture. A printer replacement project will ensue from the agreement with the winning proponent and will seek to replace the end-of-life equipment, approximately 10% of the fleet, with newer equipment, while maintaining current fleet and aiming at reducing the operating costs. 2. Customer Transformer Station (CTS) Project – Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) is seeking responses from qualified proponents for the construction of a new Customer Transformer Station (CTS) at the Chalk River Laboratories (CRL) site in Chalk River, Ontario. The CTS Project is intended to support the long-term electrical infrastructure requirements of the CRL site and includes construction of a new high-voltage transformer station and associated civil, electrical, protection and control, commissioning, and related infrastructure works. The Project will be delivered within a regulated and controlled operational environment and will require coordination with multiple stakeholders, including utility providers and site operations. Through this RFPQ, CNL intends to identify and shortlist qualified proponents with demonstrated experience in high-voltage electrical distribution and substation construction, management of complex construction projects, and execution of work within regulated industrial environments. Key areas of evaluation include: High-voltage electrical utility distribution and substation construction experience; Construction management capability; Work planning and execution programs; Supply chain and subcontractor management; Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) performance; Indigenous participation and community engagement experience; and Commercial readiness for a future fixed-price construction procurement. This RFPQ is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Only proponents determined by CNL to be qualified through the RFPQ process may be invited to participate in any subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFPQ documents are available through MERX™. Proponents are responsible for ensuring they obtain all addenda and communications issued through the MERX™ platform.
