At this stage the Council is undecided about how best to deliver this project and is engaging with the market to explore options and gauge the current market interest. As part of the Councils Annual Service Delivery Plan, Leisure Services are currently working on a project to replace the existing skate park at Tonbridge Farm (Longmead) Sportsground, which is owned and managed by TMBC. The current facility is approximately 25 years old and is reaching the end of its serviceable lifespan. Employers: System Engagement, Inclusion & Redesign
North East Combined Authority
Building on learning from Year 1 of the Economic Inactivity Trailblazer and Connect to Work programmes, alongside wider disability and neuroinclusion insight, the North East Combined Authority is considering the commissioning of a single project to provide support for employers across the region. The proposed project would seek to deliver a cohesive pathway of support for employers, covering inclusive recruitment practices and progressing through to the effective embedding of inclusion and diversity within the existing North East workforce. A core principle of the proposed approach is the meaningful involvement of individuals with lived experience, to help ensure that any project design is informed by real world insight and supports practical, deliverable change. Subject to approval and further development, the project is expected to deliver direct benefits for North East CA SHINE members and to align with the Authority's wider strategic objectives, including the "home of real opportunity". Learning and outputs may also inform related initiatives such as Connect to Work, the North East Vanguard, and any future employer focused activity.

The London Borough of Havering are seeking to procure Mortuary Storage Services. The service is a statutory requirement under the Public Health Act 1936 on the Council to provide a mortuary service. The provision is for the storage of deceased persons and their organs (if removed). The facilities and services required under the Contract consist of: • The storage of deceased persons; • Transportation to the mortuary when required • The provision and administration of appropriate body viewing room • Invasive post-mortems • The provision of post-mortem room for Her Majesty's Coroner. The Contract will run from 1st September 2027(the Commencement Date) for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further period of two (2) years.

NHS England South East (NHSE) (the Commissioners) are seeking to recommission prime-provider led integrated healthcare services for HMP Ford, HMP Lewes, and HMP/YOI Winchester. Interested providers should have the capacity and capability to provide outcome focused, integrated and patient centred primary healthcare services, equivalent to those available to the local community, delivering physical health, mental health, substance misuse and dental services. NHSE will hold a contract with the prime provider, who in turn can directly provide care and/or subcontract care to other specialist providers. The procurement is divided into the following Lots: • Lot 1: HMP Ford and HMP Lewes • Lot 2: HMP/YOI Winchester The services will be commissioned as part of the overall Offender Health pathway within the prisons and as such this model will ensure an integrated, recovery orientated service delivery system both within the prisons and onwards into the community. The service will focus on delivering person-centred care within seamless, integrated structured clinical and psychosocial interventions/services in prison and facilitating arrangements through the gate into the community to ensure effective continuity of care. Integrated Healthcare Services to Haslar Immigration Removal Centre (IRC)

NHS England South East (NHSE) (the Commissioner) is seeking to commission prime-provider led integrated healthcare services at Haslar Immigration Removal Centre (IRC). IRCs provide primary medical services to foreign nationals awaiting decisions on their asylum claims or awaiting deportation following a failed application. Interested providers should have the capacity and capability to provide an outcome focused, integrated and patient centred primary healthcare service, equivalent to that available to the local community, for the IRC. The service will deliver a comprehensive range of services in-house, to include physical health, mental health, substance misuse and dental services; please refer to the service specifications(s) for a full list of services. NHSE will hold a contract with the prime provider, who in turn can directly provide care and/or subcontract care to other specialist providers. Haslar IRC is located in Gosport, Hampshire and is due to have a maximum operational capacity of 600 male residents. The initial operational capacity, over the first three years of the contract, is expected to be 130 residents. Post this term of the contract, there is expected to be an incremental increase in occupancy, as residents are placed there, ramping up to full operational capacity. The Contract term is expected to be 7 years and 6 months (inclusive of the mobilisation period). The maximum total contract value (exclusive of the mobilisation period) is £19,052,186. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central & West (SCW) on behalf of the commissioners. SCW is currently subject to restructuring, and the management of this procurement may therefore move to a successor at some point during the procurement process. Bidders will be informed of any such change, and any administrative changes because of it.
Financial Asset Valuation

Wiltshire Council owns a varied general fund asset portfolio in the region of 640 property assets including leisure centres, schools, car parks libraries, offices and depots. The total general fund asset value is currently estimated at approximately £830m. The Consultant is required to provide the Authority with valuations that are compliant with the relevant professional standards and guidance in place at the date point of the valuations, which includes: • Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting (‘The CIPFA Code’) and any other relevant guidance. The Authority requires a five-year rolling programme of its general fund assets (i.e. a third of the general fund assets valued annually), and an annual material movement report for its general fund assets for those assets not valued in that year. • An annual valuation of general fund assets covering asset classes that require annual valuations. • An annual valuation of assets being held for investment purposes must also be carried out. • The Authority also requires annual year end-valuations for the Council’s HRA housing stock and garages. • Individual asset valuations will be required for individual components in accordance with the Authority’s accounting policy on componentisation. • The Authority requires an annual review of useful asset lives. • Asset valuations must have regard to any impairment events. • The instruction will include valuations of the Council’s agricultural estate. It is recognised that the Consultant may not have the expertise within the firm to value agricultural property. In such circumstances, it will be acceptable to sub-contract the valuation of agricultural property. The aim is to appoint a consultant/s that will be able to provide the Authority with valuations that are compliant and with the relevant professional standards and guidance in place.

Cash collection and Cash in transit Services

Transport for London (TfL) is conducting a market engagement exercise by way of a Market Sounding Questionnaire for its cash collection and cash in transit services. TfL accepts cash for either travel ticket and/or Oyster card purchase/top up at London Underground stations, via DLR ticket machines, at several bus stations and five (station based) Visitor Centres. This cash needs to be collected and deposited to TfL's banking contractor within specified time windows. There are just under 300 London Underground stations, locations in Greater London, Essex and Hertfordshire DLR stations, and around 50 locations at DLR stations bus stations and Visitor Centres. The services are expected to support the safe handling, transportation, and management of cash generated from operational activities. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is intending to procure new employment support provision for out of work Universal Credit claimants. It will provide personalised and tailored support that is responsive to the needs of individuals and the local area. This will include skills, training and work experience; matching participants with employers through job trials, jobs fairs and job brokering; support with self-employment; intensive and repeated support with applications and interviewing; support in managing health conditions in the workplace; support with travel and childcare; and specialist support (e.g. ESOL, addiction). Support will be available across England and Wales and will be integrated within local labour markets. DWP is co-designing the provision with Mayoral Strategic Authorities to ensure it is tailored to the needs of local labour markets. This notice refers to the procurement of the service in England only. This notice seeks to invite interested suppliers to attend an upcoming virtual Market Engagement event on the 2nd June.
