The CTS Project is intended to support the long-term electrical infrastructure requirements of the CRL site and includes construction of a new high-voltage transformer station and associated civil, electrical, protection and control, commissioning, and related infrastructure works. The Project will be delivered within a regulated and controlled operational environment and will require coordination with multiple stakeholders, including utility providers and site operations. Through this RFPQ, CNL intends to identify and shortlist qualified proponents with demonstrated experience in high-voltage electrical distribution and substation construction, management of complex construction projects, and execution of work within regulated industrial environments.
