FORMÅL OG OMFANG Deichman har behov for å inngå en rammeavtale om alminnelige vaktmestertjenester med én leverandør. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre at anlegg fungerer som forutsatt, og at de ikke utsettes for skader og mangler uten at dette blir korrigert med nødvendige tiltak. Leverandøren skal utføre diverse mindre enkle vaktmestertjenester som flytting av møblement, smårepparasjoner, og mindre transport og håndverkertjenester. Det er ikke behov for utførelse av teknisk drift eller rutinemessige oppdrag. Oppdragsmengden vil variere. Noen oppdrag vil være enkeltoppdrag som kan utføres av én person, mens andre krever gjennomføring på spesifikke tider og kan omfatte flere personer over flere dager. Arbeidssted vil være ved hovedbiblioteket i Bjørvika og de 19 andre lokalbibliotekene, jf. Bilag 1 vedlegg 1. Kontraktsverdien er estimert til 2.100.000 NOK.
