Dublin City Council invites applications for the establishment of 5 panels for the provision of Emergency Accommodation Services at centres within the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE). A total of 5 Panels will be established for the following 5 areas: Lot 1 – Dublin North Lot 2 – Dublin South Lot 3 – Fingal Lot 4 – South Dublin Lot 5 – Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown The panels will be established for a maximum period of two (2) years. The panels will be continually open for access. Should the panel cease to operate, all members will be notified via www.etenders.gov.ie. This will not affect the delivery of any contracts awarded under the panels. The estimated additional Emergency Accommodation requirements for the DRHE for 2024 is estimated to be in the region of 2,000 beds per annum, subject to prevailing circumstances. It is emphasised, however, that these figures are provided strictly for indicative purposes only as there is no guaranteed expenditure under the Panels. Should the value of the Panel be expended, and/or the duration of the Panel extended, a PIN notice will be published in both instances on eTenders/OJEU clearly indicating the extension and revised value for any extension to the Panel system. Kurzbeschreibung des Vorhabens Auftraggeber dieses Auftrags ist die Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH (HZB). Hintergrund Der Berliner Experimentierreaktor BER II des Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie (HZB) ist Ende 2019 planmäßig und endgültig abgeschaltet worden. Es erfolgt der Rückbau des BER II. Für die radioaktiven Reststoffe und Abfälle aus dem Rückbau des BER II wird auf dem Lise-Meitner Campus in Berlin-Wannsee ein Zwischenlager (LaRA) errichtet. Für den Umgang mit radioaktiven Stoffen im LaRA wird eine Umgangsgenehmigung nach § 12 Abs 3 Satz 1 und § 13 StrlSchG mit einer Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung (UVP) als unselbständigen Teil des Verfahrens benötigt. Ziel des Auftrags Die erforderlichen Leistungen betreffen die Planungen des Zwischenlagers (LaRA) für die sonstigen radioaktiven Reststoffe und Abfälle aus dem Rückbau des Experimentierreaktors BER II mit dem Ziel die Umgangsgenehmigung nach StrlSchG zu erhalten. Zu erbringende Leistungen Der Auftrag beinhaltet die Leistungen des Auftragnehmers: a) § 12 Strahlenschutzgesetz und b) Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung (UVP) Zu a) Leistungsinhalt ist die Erstellung von Antragsunterlagen mit dem Ziel eine Umgangsgenehmigung für sonstige radioaktive Stoffe sowie die Betriebserlaubnis für das LaRA zu erlangen. Diese beinhaltet auch die Begleitung des Genehmigungsverfahrens und anschließenden Aufsichtsverfahrens. Die Antragsunterlagen werden durch die Genehmigungsbehörde und ihren bestellten Gutachter geprüft. Forderungen aus diesen Prüfungen sind umzusetzen. Die bauliche Umsetzung des LaRA erfolgt planerisch im Rahmen einer Generalplanung. Soweit sich hieraus und aus weiteren Planungen Dritter Schnittstellen ergeben, sind auch diese vom Auftragnehmer zu berücksichtigen. Zu b) Die UVP ist ein nichtselbständiger Teil des Antrags gemäß §12 Strahlenschutzgesetz. La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de matériel de sécurité de chantier et de matériel de signalisation pour la Régie des Transports Métropolitains (3 lots). La consultation est décomposée en 3 lots ci-après énoncés : Lot 1 : Fourniture de matériel de signalisation de chantier ; Lot 2 : Fourniture de matériel de sécurité de chantier ; Lot 3 : Fourniture de matériel de signalisation permanente ; Les présents marchés sont passés selon une procédure avec négociation, en application des articles L2124-3, R2124-4 et R2161-21 à R2161-23 du Code. Il est précisé qu’un lot intitulé « Fourniture de matériel de signalisation sur mesure » est passé selon une procédure adaptée au titre des « petits lots », en application de l’article R. 2123 1 2° du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'accords-cadres au sens des articles L2125-1.1° et R2162-2 et suivants du Code. Chaque accord-cadre est conclu avec un seul opérateur économique et exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande, pour les prestations décrites dans les documents contractuels (dans les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code). En application de l'article R2162-4 du Code, chaque contrat est conclu sans montant minimum d'engagement et avec un montant maximum d'engagement sur leur durée totale (cinq ans) à savoir : Lot 1 : 135 000 euros HT ; Lot 2 : 475 000 euros HT ; Lot 3 : 325 000 euros HT ; Il s'agit de marchés publics de fournitures qui se réfèrent au Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicable aux marchés publics de fournitures courantes et de services (CCAG/FCS), approuvé par l'arrêté du 30 mars 2021.

The procurement is for construction work in connection with the laying of water pipelines on land in stretch E6 to the water treatment facility (VBA), for Gjøvik municipality. The contract also includes the establishment of a temporary roundabout in Skumsrudvegen, establishment of site roads, excavation on land, work on cultivated land such as laying of water and sewage pipelines, reinventing matter and separation of rock from masses, drilling under Skumsrudvegen, pipe sheet for water and sewage routes skumsrudvegen-VBA, reception and laying of PE pipes and pipe parts, refill works, adjustments etc. Hammer drilling shall be carried out for 3 DN813, 1 DN457 pipe pipe under Skumsrudvegen, and pulling in water and sewage pipelines for a pipe under Skumsrudvegen. In addition this contract includes the establishment of a rigging site and construction road within an area that is currently used for agriculture. Other work, including the sea facility and the actual water treatment facility, will be established through several separate contracts. The contracting authority with the pipe supplier delivers PE pipelines to the stated area of the rigging site. The rigging site will be chosen by the builder in accordance with the prepared drawings. The delivery date must be adapted to the tenderer ́s progress, in the relevant time period. A binding delivery plan will be prepared in consultation with the pipe supplier and tenderer. Pipes are to be delivered and stored for 18 or 20 metres. The executing contractor on site shall be responsible for the development of rigging places and supply roads in a condition that enables deliveries of pipes up to the relevant delivery length. The receiving inspection and unloading of pipes from the vehicle will be carried out by the executing contractor in this contract.
