L'entreprise titulaire assure l'intégralité des prestations à la réalisation du déneigement. Celles-ci comprennent notamment la mise à disposition du véhicule et des outils de déneigement, les carburants, le personnel de conduite, les moyens de communication nécessaires à la bonne exécution, selon les modalités précisées dans les documents de la consultation. La prestation de déneigement ne comprend aucune prestation de salage, de sablage ou de gravillonnage des chaussées. La prestation de déneigement sera effectuée sur le circuit prédéfini, dont le tracé est représenté sur la carte jointe aux documents de la consultation.

The scope of works comprises the reconfiguration of three nose-in aircraft stands adjacent to the terminal building to improve apron safety, operational efficiency and passenger routing. The Works are anticipated to include, but are not limited to, the following elements: • Apron Reconfiguration and Geometry Reconfiguration of existing stand layout to provide three fully independent Code C stands, eliminating operational constraints associated with the existing arrangement and improving aircraft manoeuvrability. • Pavement and Civil Engineering Works Construction of new rigid pavement for aircraft stands, flexible pavement works for taxi lane and fillets, and localised rehabilitation and overlay works to existing apron areas. • Drainage and De-icing Infrastructure Provision of drainage infrastructure, including dedicated de-icing areas with appropriate collection and treatment systems. • Airfield Systems and Ancillary Infrastructure Integration of airfield ground lighting (AGL), markings, and associated electrical and ducting infrastructure required to support the revised apron layout. • Passenger Interface Improvements Provision of covered walkways and associated infrastructure to enhance passenger safety and segregation from aircraft and ground operations. The Works will be delivered within a live operational airport environment and will require careful planning, phasing and coordination to maintain ongoing operations, including aircraft movements, passenger flows and ground service activities. The Works will also be subject to airport security requirements, including Garda vetting, BSAT training, security clearance processes and compliance with all applicable airport access permit requirements. Predmet nabave nije podijeljen na grupe te je ponuditelj u obvezi ponuditi isključivo cjelokupan predmet nabave. Količine predmeta nabave, iskazane u pripadajućem troškovniku, su okvirne količine za dvogodišnje razdoblje. Stvarno nabavljena količina temeljem sklopljenog ugovora o javnoj nabavi može biti veća ili manja od predviđene (okvirne) količine, odnosno ovisna je o potrebama i raspoloživim financijskim sredstvima korisnika. Tehničke specifikacije predmeta nabave Tehnička specifikacija predmeta nabave je iskazana u troškovniku, koji je sastavni dio ove dokumentacije o nabavi. Troškovnik Troškovnik u standardiziranom formatu je sastavni dio dokumentacije. Ponuditelj treba za traženu stavku troškovnika ispuniti jediničnu cijenu stavke (po jedinici mjere), ukupnu cijenu stavke bez PDV-a, cijenu ponude bez PDV-a, iznos PDV-a i ukupnu cijenu ponude s PDV-om. Prilikom popunjavanja troškovnika ponuditelj cijenu stavke izračunava kao umnožak količine stavke i jedinične cijene stavke. Jedinične cijene svake stavke troškovnika i ukupna cijena moraju biti zaokružene na dvije decimale. Ponuditeljima nije dopušteno mijenjati tekst troškovnika. Sve stavke troškovnika moraju biti ispunjene, u slučaju neispunjenja troškovnika ponuda se odbija. Gospodarskim subjektima nije dopušteno mijenjati tekst ili količine navedene u Troškovniku. Podaci o gospodarskim subjektima s kojima je naručitelj u sukobu interesa Popis gospodarskih subjekata s kojima Općina Vrsi ne smije sklapati ugovore sukladno članku 80. In Hinblick auf die dafür einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften zur Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge, findet ein regelmäßiger Prozess wirkstoffbezogener, förmlicher Vergabeverfahren nach den Regularien des 4. Teils des GWB durch die DAK-Gesundheit statt. Für vom Bieter näher in der Anlage 2 zum Vertrag zu benennende Arzneimittel zu dem o. g. Wirkstoff Piracetam, ATC N06BX03, beabsichtigt die DAK-Gesundheit, bis zum Inkrafttreten neuer Arzneimittelrabattverträge mit möglichst allen interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen Arzneimittelrabattverträge abzuschließen. Ein Rabattvertrag i.R.d. Zulassungsmodells zu dem o. g. Wirkstoff tritt erstmals am 01.10.2026 in Kraft und endet am 30.09.2028 (zzgl. Verlängerungsoption 1x12 Monate). Er endet unabhängig davon automatisch mit Inkrafttreten des Exklusivvertrages.
