In Hinblick auf die dafür einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften zur Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge, findet ein regelmäßiger Prozess wirkstoffbezogener, förmlicher Vergabeverfahren nach den Regularien des 4. Teils des GWB durch die DAK-Gesundheit statt. Für vom Bieter näher in der Anlage 2 zum Vertrag zu benennende Arzneimittel zu dem o. g. Wirkstoff Baclofen (ausgeschlossen orale Darreichungsform), ATC M03BX01, beabsichtigt die DAK-Gesundheit, bis zum Inkrafttreten neuer Arzneimittelrabattverträge mit möglichst allen interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen Arzneimittelrabattverträge abzuschließen. Ein Rabattvertrag i.R.d. Zulassungsmodells zu dem o. g. Wirkstoff tritt erstmals am 01.10.2026 in Kraft und endet am 30.09.2028 (zzgl. Verlängerungsoption 1x12 Monate). Er endet unabhängig davon automatisch mit Inkrafttreten des Exklusivvertrages.

Skorzystanie z prawa opcji, o której mowa w ust. 3.3. zależeć będzie od potrzeb Zamawiającego oraz posiadania środków finansowych. Zamawiający może skorzystać z prawa opcji w szczególności w przypadku: a) zwiększonego, nieprzewidzianego na etapie szacowania, zapotrzebowania na przedmiot zamówienia, b) konieczności zapewnienia ciągłości udzielania świadczeń zdrowotnych, c) uzyskania środków finansowych pozwalających na rozszerzenie zakresu zamówienia.

Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a Project Director with the management staff to manage the execution of the Mortensrud project. The Mortensrud project is a complex multi-purpose project with development in one combined area divided in three fields - fields 10, 11 and 12. The plan area is just under 200 acres and comprises approx. 60,000 m2 gross. Field 10 includes a new nursing home, sheltered accommodation flats, library, leisure club and volunteering, communal garden and town park. Field 11 consists of a new Mortensrud primary school with a cultural school and multi-purpose hall with accompanying outdoor areas and a school park. Field 12 consists of a sports park with an athletics hall, football pitches and a cricket pitch, as well as development of a forestry park etc. To ensure that the project is rigged for start-up in accordance with this plan, Oslobygg is now preparing the establishment of a robust implementation organisation and ownership management. The Mortensrud project is to be considered a mega-project, with a significant scope, high complexity, many interested parties and great social significance. This entails special requirements for capacity and competence in management and execution. A project director is therefore requested with the management staff (resources within finance and risk management, progress management, contract management and other relevant resources in project management) that shall lead the execution of the Mortensrud project, with the support of Oslobygg's resources in the existing project organisation and resources from other departments in Oslobygg.

Vaasan kaupunki (jäljempänä ”Tilaaja”) pyytää avoimeen hankintamenettelyyn perustuen tarjousta Isolahti Gerbyn -vuokrapäiväkotihankkeen toteuttamisesta tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnassa on kyse Vaasan kaupungin Isolahti Gerby päiväkodin vuokrapäiväkotihankkeesta. Hanke on vuokramallilla toteutettava päiväkoti, jonka paikkamäärä on 150 lapselle. Päiväkodissa on tilat 8 ryhmälle sekä lisäksi henkilökuntaa 40–45 henkilöä. Hankinta kattaa kohderakennuksen ylläpito- ja käyttäjäpalvelut sovittavan vuokrajakson ajan. Hankkeen toteuttajan vastuulla on rakennuksen käytettävyys ja olosuhteet n. 20-30 vuoden suunnitellulle vuokra-ajalle. Tavoitteena on allekirjoittaa vuokrasopimus vuoden 2027 alussa ja aloittaa rakennustyöt keväällä 2027. Kalustaminen käynnistyy heinäkuussa 2028. Kohteen käyttöönoton ajankohta on elokuun alussa 2028. Hankkeen toteuttaja vuokraa päiväkodin tontin kaupungilta. Vuokrakohde on vuokranantajan rakentama ja omistama lasten päiväkoti. Hankkeen hyötyala on alustavan tilaohjelman mukaisesti n. 2010,5 hym2. EZVA 1.000 V AC (Elektrische Zugvorheizungsanlage) Die EZVA dient der stationären Energieversorgung von abgestellten Reisezügen mit 1000 V / 16,7 Hz zur Zugvorheizung. Die Anlage besteht aus einer 15 kV-Mittelspannungsversorgung, zwei 800 kVA-Transformatoren, einer 1.000-V-Schaltanlage, Steuerschrank sowie den Heizabgängen zu den Entnahmestellen an den Gleisen. Die Steuerung erfolgt über ein zentrales Automatisierungssystem mit Anbindung an die übergeordnete Leittechnik, Not-Aus- und Erdungsautomatik. BSV 670 V DC (Bordspannungsversorgungsanlagen / Depoteinspeisung) Die BSV stellt die 670 V-Gleichstromversorgung für abgestellte Fahrzeuge bereit und versorgt das Bordnetz der Züge während Wartungs- und Abstellzeiten. Die Anlage umfasst Transformatoren, Gleichrichter, Niederspannungshauptverteilungen, Steuerungstechnik sowie die zugehörigen Einspeise- und Entnahmeeinrichtungen. Die Ausführung erfolgt gemäß den Anforderungen von DB Fernverkehr und Siemens für moderne ICE-Fahrzeuge. K1-3 Integration BSV u. EZVA Die zentrale Energie- und Steuerungstechnik wird im Technikbereich K3 installiert. Von dort werden die Leistungs- und Steuerkabel zu den Entnahmestellen in K1 geführt. Die Integration umfasst die komplette Kabelinfrastruktur, Brandschutzabschottungen zwischen K3 und K1, Erdungs- und Potentialausgleichssysteme sowie die Anbindung an die übergeordnete Leittechnik, die Abschalt- und Erdungsautomatik und weitere Gewerke.

Acceptance of the ferries will take place after approved sea trail, as described in article VII.4 of the Shipbuilding Contract. Die Malerarbeiten umfassen sämtliche Beschichtungs-, Spachtel-, Tapezier- und Versiegelungsarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich des Feuerwehrgebäudes. Auszuführen sind die Untergrundvorbereitung, Grundierungen, Spachtelungen, Zwischen- und Schlussanstriche auf Kalk-Zementputz-, Gipskarton- und Betonflächen sowie die erforderlichen Schutz- und Abdeckmaßnahmen. Die Arbeiten erfolgen abschnittsweise und teilweise vor den Installationsarbeiten, wodurch mehrere Ausführungsphasen zu berücksichtigen sind. In der Fahrzeughalle, Waschhalle, den Technik-, Lager-, Sanitär-, Büro- und Schulungsbereichen werden insgesamt mehrere Tausend Quadratmeter Wand- und Deckenflächen mit hochwertigen, emissionsarmen Dispersionsbeschichtungen behandelt. Besondere Anforderungen bestehen hinsichtlich Nassabrieb, Desinfektionsmittelbeständigkeit sowie Schimmel- und Feuchteschutz in Wasch- und Sanitärbereichen. In den Büro- und Schulungsräumen sind zusätzlich Q3-Spachtelungen, Malervliesbekleidungen sowie hochwertige Anstrichsysteme auszuführen. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das Leistungsverzeichnis die Beschichtung von Stahlzargen, Stahltüren, sonstigen Stahlbauteilen und Rohrleitungen einschließlich der erforderlichen Vorbehandlungen und Korrosionsschutzmaßnahmen. Ergänzt werden die Leistungen durch Beschichtungen von Außendecken, Acryl- und Silikonversiegelungen sowie sämtliche erforderlichen Anschluss-, Wartungs- und Fugenarbeiten zur vollständigen Fertigstellung der Oberflächen.
