Predmet naročila zajema pripravo nadomestnih pisarniških prostorov, kot tudi ureditev prostorov za preselitev garderob. Naročnik je v razpisni dokumentaciji predvidel ogled lokacije izvedbe del, ki ni obvezen, je pa priporočljiv. Pred oddajo ponudbe bo za zainteresirane ponudnike organiziran ogled lokacije, kjer se bodo razpisana dela izvajala. Javno naročilo obsega rekonstrukcijo obstoječega lesenega gostinsko-turističnega objekta ter ureditev pripadajočega športno-turističnega območja ob Dravi na Spodnji Muti. Objekt predstavlja unikatno zasnovan montažni leseni paviljon, ki je v celoti izveden iz lesenih konstrukcijskih elementov in umeščen v naravno okolje ob reki Dravi. Posebnost objekta predstavlja visoka večkapna streha z naklonom približno 60°, krita s tradicionalno leseno kritino iz macesnovih skodel. Fasada objekta je izvedena kot deščična fasada s smrekovim lesom na podkonstrukciji. Zaradi dotrajanosti je predvidena rekonstrukcija objekta, ki vključuje zamenjavo lesene strešne kritine, zamenjavo fasade, zamenjavo lesenega stavbnega pohištva ter sanacijo posameznih lesenih konstrukcijskih elementov. Projekt temelji na uporabi lokalnega lesa, tradicionalnih znanj in trajnostnih gradbenih pristopov ter predstavlja primer dobre prakse sodobne in tradicionalne lesene gradnje v javno dostopnem turističnem prostoru.

ZJN-3 prejeli ob prejemu Izjave o vpogledu v varnostne politike Elektro Ljubljana d.d., po izvedenem osebnem vpogledu v varnostne politike, ki se izvede pred oddajo ponudbe. Oseba mora imeti ob vpogledu izpolnjeno Pooblastilo za seznanitev s krovnimi varnostnimi politikami podjetja Elektro Ljubljana d.d. (Priloga št. 12 a). Ponudnik se dogovori za termin vpogleda pri g. F. Vršniku na tel. 031/333-613. Vpogled je možen do vključno 30. 08. 2026.

Vpeljava računalniškega programa MACCS za izračun radioloških posledic jedrskih nesreč za prebivalstvo in okolje

UPRAVA REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE ZA JEDRSKO VARNOST

V okviru zagotavljanja jedrske varnosti je ključnega pomena, da se ob načrtovanju, gradnji in obratovanju jedrskih elektrarn natančno ocenijo posledice morebitnih nesreč tako za prebivalstvo kot za okolje. Ocena tveganja vključuje simulacije poteka nesreče, morebiten izpust radionuklidov v okolje, širjenje radioaktivnega oblaka ter vpliv na prebivalstvo in okolje. Za simulacije težkih nesreč v jedrskih elektrarnah upravni organ ZDA U.S. NRC uporablja računalniški program MELCOR, ki izračuna izpuste radionuklidov v okolje, in ga uporabljamo tudi v Sloveniji. Za širjenje nastalega radioaktivnega oblaka in oceno radioloških posledic za prebivalstvo in okolje pa U.S. NRC uporablja računalniški program MACCS, ki ga v Sloveniji nimamo. Program modelira transport in usedanje radionuklidov, izpostavljenost ljudi sevanju, morebitne zdravstvene posledice, vplive na kmetijsko pridelavo ter učinkovitost različnih zaščitnih ukrepov, kot so evakuacija, zaklanjanje, razdeljevanje jodovih tablet in omejevanje hrane. MACCS tako omogoča celovito oceno, kako bi hipotetična jedrska nesreča vplivala na širši prostor. Zaradi robustnega fizikalnega modela, preverjene metodologije in mednarodne uporabe je program MACCS postal standardno orodje za regulatorje, raziskovalce in upravljavce jedrskih elektrarn pri načrtovanju in analiziranju zunanjih posledic jedrskih dogodkov. Predstavlja pomembno orodje za podporo k licenciranju novih jedrskih objektov, kjer regulatorji zahtevajo kvantitativno presojo vseh potencialnih posledic nesreč. Vpeljava tega računalniškega programa v slovenski okvir bi omogočila realistične, verodostojne in mednarodno primerljive ocene tveganj za obstoječo jedrsko elektrarno NEK in prihodnji projekt JEK2.

Predmet javnega naročila je Celovita idejna zasnova in izdelava projektne dokumentacije iz sanacijskega programa - Povirni del Dravinje s pritoki v občinah Vitanje in Zreče, v okviru katerega se bo izdelala projektna dokumentacija za izvedbo sanacijskega programa na območju povirnega dela Dravinje s pritoki v občinah Vitanje in Zreče. Izdelava dokumentacije obsega: - izdelavo popisa in prikaza obstoječega stanja, - izdelavo hidrološko - hidravlične študije - novelacijo hidroloških podatkov z upoštevanjem dogodka avgusta 2023 in podnebnih sprememb, - izdelavo Idejne rešitve (IDR) z najmanj dvema strokovno utemeljenima variantama ter predlogom najustreznejše variante, - izdelavo Idejne zasnova (IDZ) za izbrano varianto, ki mora vsebovati razmejitev med ukrepi za zmanjšanje poplavne ogroženosti, ki se ne morejo izvajati kot vzdrževalna dela v javno korist in deli, ki se lahko izvajajo ter bodo obdelani v fazi izdelave izvedbenega načrta (IzN), - izdelavo Izvedbenega načrta za sanacijo (IzN) za odsek Dravinja - Skomarje, 1. faza, ki ga bo DRSV realiziral v letu 2026, - pridobitev soglasij in mnenj pristojnih soglasodajalcev in mnenjedajalcev. OBČINA IVANČNA GORICA

Predmet javnega naročila je vzdrževanje gozdnih cest v Občini Ivančna Gorica v letu 2026 in 2027. Gozdne ceste se vzdržujejo na podlagi Programa vzdrževalnih del na gozdnih cestah, ki ga za Občino pripravi Zavoda za gozdove Slovenije. Podrobni program vzdrževalnih del po posameznih območnih enotah in cestah se oblikuje za vsako leto posebej. Obseg predvidenih del za eno leto je razviden iz Priloge 1.
