Es wird für die zweizügige Schule ein eingeschossiger Baukörper bevorzugt, der sich gut in die Gebäudestruktur der angrenzenden (Wohn)Bebauung einfügt und der damit auch den baulichen Brandschutz erleichtert. Im Sinne einer modernen, zukunftsfähigen Pädagogik, soll die Schule als 'Cluster-Schule' gebaut werden.

W ramach poszczególnych Pakietów Zamawiający wymaga złożenia oferty na pełny zakres przedmiotu zamówienia odnoszący się do danego Pakietu. Przez dostawę leku Zamawiający rozumie cykliczną dostawę leku w okresie trwania umowy zgodnie z zamówieniami składanymi przez Zamawiającego. Zamawiający będzie dokonywał zamówień leków w formie zamówień planowych oraz tzw. zamówień na „cito” – na ratunek. Dostawy planowe winny być realizowane przez Wykonawcę maksymalnie do 2 dni roboczych (za dni robocze uznaje się dni od poniedziałku do piątku z wyjątkiem dni ustawowo wolnych od pracy) od złożenia zamówienia przez Zamawiającego, natomiast dostawy na „cito” maksymalnie do 24 godz., przy czym: − dostawy na „cito” odbywają się 7 dni w tygodniu niezależnie od godzin
