Le présent marché est divisé en quatre lots distincts, à savoir : • Lot 1 : Tracteurs de piste électriques ; • Lot 2 : Camions eau potable et vide-toilettes électriques ; • Lot 3 : Tracteurs de repoussage sans barre (towbarless) électriques pour les avions ; • Lot 4 : GPU électriques. Les soumissionnaires peuvent remettre offre pour tout ou une partie des lots. En application de l’article 58 de l’arrêté royal du 18 juin 2017 « relatif à la passation des marchés publics dans les secteurs spéciaux », les rabais et propositions d’amélioration ne sont pas autorisés en cas de remise d’une offre pour plusieurs lots. Pour chacun des lots, le marché portera également sur les éléments suivants : Une garantie pour une durée de minimum cinq (5) ans, plus amplement détaillée à l’article 3.10. La formation du personnel selon les modalités suivantes : Formation technique de 10 mécaniciens ; Formation d’un formateur pour l’ensemble du personnel (+/- 3 personnes). Cette formation devra être donnée en français au moment de la livraison des GSE. Les formations seront données uniquement à la livraison de la première commande. Toutefois, si, dans les années à venir, les véhicules subissent une évolution majeure, il sera dès lors indispensable de donner une nouvelle formation. Une maintenance omnium de huit (8) ans sur chaque véhicule objet du présent marché (voir article 4.4.). Au total, sur la durée de l’accord-cadre, le nombre estimé de véhicules commandés s’élève à : • Pour le lot 1 : 26 tracteurs de piste électriques ; • Pour le lot 2 : 3 camions vides-toilettes et 3 camions eau potable ; • Pour le lot 3 : 10 Tracteurs de repoussage sans barre (towbarless) électriques pour les avions ; • Pour le lot 4 : 4 GPU sur batterie 90KvA et 2 GPU électriques 28V.

Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über Arzneimittel mit dem Wirkstoff Tolvaptan (amtlicher ATC-Code: G04BX21). Der Vertragsabschluss erfolgt im Rahmen eines sog. Open-House-Modells, d. h. ein Vertragsabschluss steht innerhalb des Teilnahmezeitraums allen interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen offen, sofern diese die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erfüllen und akzeptieren. Dies hat zur Folge, dass individuelle Vertragsverhandlungen nicht geführt werden und eine (Liefer-)Exklusivität nicht gegeben ist. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Abnahmemenge unbekannt ist, da diese von der Nachfrage und der Entwicklung der Versichertenzahl, von dem Verordnungsverhalten der Ärzte sowie dem Abgabe- und Bevorratungsverhalten der öffentlichen Apotheken abhängig ist. Mindestabnahmemengen werden demensprechend nicht garantiert. Interessierte pharmazeutische Unternehmer können die Teilnahmeunterlagen über den Projektraum des Deutschen Vergabeportals (DTVP) herunterladen. Dazu ist zunächst ein Antrag auf Zugang zum Projektraum erforderlich. Nach erfolgter Freischaltung durch die Auftraggeberin kann anschließend auf die Teilnahmeunterlagen zugegriffen werden. Über den Inhalt der Teilnahmeunterlagen - insbesondere über den Inhalt der Rabattvereinbarung und den dort genannten Rabatten - ist absolutes Stillschweigen zu bewahren. Eine vollständige oder teilweise Weitergabe oder Zugänglichmachung von Inhalten der Teilnahmeunterlagen an bzw. für Dritte bedarf der vorherigen schriftlichen Zustimmung der Auftraggeberin. Sofern von einer Teilnahme abgesehen wird, sind alle Unterlagen unverzüglich datenschutzgerecht zu vernichten. Die einzureichenden Unterlagen ergeben sich aus den im Projektraum hinterlegten Dokumenten "Anschreiben" und "Erläuterungen der Vertragsbedingungen". If the model is not considered suitable, we request concrete input on how the competition ought to be designed in order to ensure the best possible competition. At the same time it is important that the chosen system can be tested and followed-up during the contract period. See the attached price form. Price model: List prices shall be given for all of the tenderer's products within the product group milk and milk products, with the exception of butter and cheese. The Contracting Authority has defined the following product categories: * milk * cream * yoghurt * acidic products * other dairy products Tenderers shall provide discount rates for each of these categories. The contract price is to be determined as a list price less the offered discount for the relevant category. The same list prices and discount rates shall form the basis of completing the price form, which will be used for evaluating the tenders. The equivalent price mechanism shall also apply for new products included in the contract period. The contracting authority assumes that the tenderer ́s total assortment within the product group will be made available in the contract. The price list will be regulated half yearly according to the following index: 14700: Consumer price index, by product and service group, month and statistics variable.
