THE CHILTERN RAILWAY COMPANY LIMITED
Chiltern Railways operates commuter/regional rail passenger services from its central London terminus at London Marylebone along the M40 corridor to destinations in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, as well as long-distance services to the West Midlands along two routes. Services on the Chiltern main line run from London Marylebone to Birmingham Snow Hill, Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford, with some peak-hour services to Kidderminster. Chiltern Railways also runs trains on the London to Aylesbury Line to Aylesbury (with some trains terminating at Aylesbury Vale Parkway instead), on the Princes Risborough to Aylesbury and Oxford to Bicester branch lines. This Procurement also covers East West Railway from Oxford to Bletchley or any other extensions that Chiltern Railways are contracted to operate. Chiltern Railways operates a mixed fleet of rolling stock to fulfil its rail passenger services. The fleet consists of both diesel multiple units (DMUs) and diesel loco hauled Mk5a coach stock. The fleet maintenance plan set out what maintenance tasks are required for the rolling stock and at what maintenance periodicities. The maintenance tasks include changing various fluids and filters to ensure the safe operation and maintain the performance of the fleet. As such Chiltern Railways require one contract to supply these filters to ensure continuity of supply, so that the maintenance tasks are performed at the correct intervals. To protect manufacturer warranties, only the manufacturer's recommended filters can be used which forms the specifications of this ITT. Only the filter makes and part numbers identified in the specifications are to be supplied and no substitutions will be accepted. Bidders must be capable of supplying all products within the basket of goods that make up the Specifications. No bids will be accepted where a Bidder is not able to supply all the product types that make up the specifications. Chiltern Railways will place orders for the product

Over cladding opportunity for 2 no. buildings on the Swansea University Singleton Campus. Proposed scheme is to include the retrofit façade upgrades to two existing buildings. Façade upgrade will include over cladding the existing buildings (namely, Margam Building and Union House Building) with an improvement in the level of insulation on the external walls, and replacement of the glazing and doors where applicable. This project is a retrofit intervention associated with a wider decarbonisation scheme for the University, the buildings comprise of one 3 storey academic building (of mixed uses) and one 4 storey academic/student activity building, and the Works will take place in a live environment. Initially, tenderer’s will be appointed on a two-stage basis with an evaluation of preliminaries, design fees and fee percentage against the available design for the Margam building which is at a more advanced stage due to external funding streams. Warwickshire County Council ("the Council") has awarded a contract via Direct Award Process A under the Provider Selection Regime, to provide the mandated NHS Health Check Service. Whereby Warwickshire residents aged 40-74 without any predefined existing health conditions can access an NHS Health Check every 5 years. The NHS Health Check (NHSHC) programme screens 40-74 year olds for risk of health problems, such as, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease and stroke. It achieves this by assessing the top seven risk factors driving the burden of noncommunicable disease in England, and by providing individuals with behavioural support and, where appropriate, medical intervention. Local authorities are required to provide health checks as this is a mandated service under the Local Authorities (Public Health Functions and Entry to Premises by Local Healthwatch Representatives) Regulations 2013 Act.1 Local Authorities have a statutory duty to provide, or make arrangements to secure the provision of, NHSHCs to be offered to eligible persons in its area once every 5 years, and to secure the provision of NHSHCs. The local authority should also secure continuous improvement in the percentage of eligible persons in its area participating in the NHSHCs. The need for the service has also been informed by service reviews, engagement with members of Service provision will be free for all service users.

Bristol and Weston Purchasing Consortium ("BWPC") on behalf of the Authority North Bristol NHS Trust ("NBT") are submitting a Tender Notice for the replacement of the Genomics Laboratory Information Management Systems ("GLIMS") at NBT and Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust ("RDUH"). Both Trusts are responsible for the provision of genomic testing on behalf of the South-West Genomic Medicine Service ("SWGMS"). The current LIMS platforms at both NBT and RDUH are 15 years old and do not support the level of integration, scalability, or interoperability required to meet the SWGMS future needs. The aim is to deliver a future-ready digital platform with regional integration capability, aligned with the NHS England (NHSE) Genomic Medicine Service strategy, supporting the delivery of interoperable, scalable, and efficient genomic services and the ambitions for genomic medicine outlined in the 10-year plan. NBT are therefore seeking a strategic GLIMS partner capable of supporting an integrated, multi-site, high-throughput genomic service. The scope of the procurement includes the provision, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of a GLIMS to support SWGMS laboratory services across both in-scope sites. This includes core laboratory workflow management, sample tracking, test ordering, results management, reporting, audit, quality management support, and administration. The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services for St John the Baptist Catholic MAT. The tender project is seeking to appoint a single Supplier whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of catering service within the existing facilities for the 8 primary schools and 1 secondary school. There are other schools within the Trust, currently self -operating catering, which may well become part of the contract scope during this contract period and if this becomes the case, joining schools would be priced in the spirit of the primary and secondary models submitted. The Trust would wish the successful Supplier to review the current range of services offered, as well as to looking at the delivery of the current catering service and make recommendations accordingly. The contract being tendered is for three years in duration from 1st January 2027 to the 31st December 2029 with the option to extend for a further two years, the extension would only be for 1 year at a time and will operate as a guaranteed performance contract, with the successful Supplier offering the Trust a guaranteed return / cost per annum for the provision of catering services. Sovereignty of the cash tariff is to remain with the Trust for the duration of this contract. The Trust intends its’ schools to be open for 190 days, however there are current consultations at an early stage which may end up reducing operational days ( via extension of the school day) – anything material available at the time of publishing will be included in the ITT documentation. The contract offered covers the scope for the provision of all catering services within the schools, which currently includes morning break, lunch, all hospitality and free issue requirements. The contract being procured is for the delivery of drug and alcohol treatment and support services. The successful supplier will deliver a full range of evidence-based interventions including harm reduction, psychosocial support, and multi-agency coordination, with pharmacological interventions provided under clinical governance. The services will operate within a recovery-oriented framework and will be person-centred, trauma-informed, and accessible to all residents of the city, including those with complex needs and those not yet ready to change their substance use. The term of the contract shall be 1st July 2026 until 30th June 2030 (i.e. 4 years) with the option to extend for up to a further period of 2 years (i.e. until 30th June 2032) at the sole discretion of the Council. The estimated contract value range is from £30,328,092 to £64,122,145 for the term of contract plus extension period.
