The Company requires the services of a suitably qualified Occupational Health Service Provider to deliver comprehensive occupational health support services across both company sites, Medite and Smartply. The company currently utilises the services of two separate providers to deliver occupational health support services across Medite and Smartply. These services are now being brought to tender, and the Company requires the appointment of a suitably qualified Occupational Health Service Provider to deliver a comprehensive, integrated occupational health service across both company sites. The appointed service provider will be responsible for providing a full occupational health service, supporting employee health, wellbeing, fitness for work, and workplace health management requirements. The service provider will be required to attend both sites to deliver services on-site, utilising the dedicated facilities available at each location to facilitate the Annual Employee Health Screening and off site in clinic Occupational Health services. Within the submission, candidates must clearly define the lead times for both pre employment medicals and urgent care treatment. This is a key priority for the business, and submissions should demonstrate how these services will be delivered within clearly specified turnaround times, together with the processes and resources in place to ensure these lead times are consistently achieved.

4.1 Predmetom zákazky je oprava transformátorov T1, T2, T34, T56 a T78 Vodnej elektrárne Gabčíkovo. Vodná elektráreň pozostáva zo štyroch dvojblokov, v ktorých je inštalovaných spolu 8 sústrojenstiev. Sústrojenstvá tvoria vertikálne Kaplanove turbíny s priemerom obežného kolesa 9,3m. Turbíny sú spojené s trojfázovými vertikálnymi synchrónnymi generátormi s činným menovitým výkonom 90MW s napätím 15,75kV. Inštalovaný výkon vodnej elektrárne je 720MW. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 12 do SWZ. 3. Wymagania w zakresie zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy, w okolicznościach, o których mowa w art. 95 ustawy Pzp. Stosowanie do art. 95 ust. 1 i 2 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawców na podstawie stosunku pracy osób wykonujących w ramach realizacji usługi czynności polegających na wykonywaniu pracy w sposób określony w art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. – kodeks pracy związanej z: kierowaniem pojazdami typu śmieciarka, porządkowaniem i załadunkiem odpadów na śmieciarkę, pracami administracyjnymi związanymi z obsługą zamówienia. 4. Zamawiający nie określa dodatkowych wymagań związanych z zatrudnianiem osób, o których mowa w art. 96 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy Pzp. 5. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenia zamówień o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7) ustawy Pzp.
