This is a renewal of the previous framework 1113 (under the now redundant Public Contracts Regulations 2015). This framework will be for direct delivery from the supplier to YPOs customer. Including but not limted to classroom tables, exam desks and tilt tables.

The Minister for the Cabinet Office acting through Crown Commercial Service
CCS set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for an initial period of 48 months with the extension option of 24 months. A further extension has been agreed and will be utilised and the end date of this DPS will now be 27/10/2028. The contract value of the RM6219 Learning and Training Services DPS has been uplifted by 50% (from £300m to £450m). This DPS was procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR), and will subject to limited regulations, in accordance with Regulations 74-76 PCR2015. This DPS allows for the provision of training services to be utilised by UK Public Sector Bodies, particularly benefitting the wider public sector and the third sector, but not excluding central government - more information around eligible users of the DPS can be found in the Additional Information Section VI.3 The aim of this DPS will be to provide access to a variety of providers offering a range of high quality blended learning and development services designed to meet the needs of UK Public Sector Bodies that will cover, but will not be limited to: ● Off the shelf training ● Bespoke specialist training Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3

A procurement is being considered for the provision of an Independent Medical Advice Service (IMAS), which will deliver independent, expert medical advice to support asylum and wider immigration decision-making. The service will support caseworkers in circumstances where medical evidence is presented, and specialist clinical input is required to inform decision making. Advice may include consideration of physical and mental health matters relevant to individual cases. The Authority is seeking to engage with organisations capable of delivering responsive, reliable and independent medical advisory services, providing objective medical input to support operational decision making. The anticipated service scope may include: • Independent clinical review and advice based on submitted medical information. • Provision of medical opinion to support casework decision where clinical expertise is required. • Delivery of advice within agreed service standards and timescales. • Appropriate clinical governance, quality assurance and information handling arrangements. The purpose of this engagement is to better understand market capability, capacity, delivery models, and commercial approaches available to support the future service. Further information regarding service requirements, volumes and operational arrangement may be shared with interested organisation as part of subsequent engagement activity. Please refer to “Engagement process description” below. For the purposes of this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice, the estimated contract value has been listed as £0. The Cirrus Consortium is a procurement consortium with members including Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities, ALMOs and NHS Trusts. The Cirrus Consortium is beginning Preliminary Market Engagement as part of the procurement process for the next version of the Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework (CCMF). This will replace the existing and highly successful materials framework, which had an estimated total value of £750m ex VAT. In compliance with Procurement Act 2023, Coastline Housing are the principle contracting authority for the establishment of this framework and Cirrus Purchasing Ltd are the managing agent on behalf of the Cirrus Consortium.

The EA is seeking the procurement of an ICT on a Traditional Design basis, to take the project through RIBA Stages 0-7, with options to be investigated for both Traditional and Modern Methods of Construction for on-site delivery. This will involve full professional design and management services for the project on the proposed site (options to be reviewed), complete with all site and landscape works, including hard and soft play areas and future reconfiguration, extension or expansion capabilities. This may be subject to change during brief development.
