Maintenance of Parish Green Spaces in Exminster

Exminster Parish Council

Exminster Parish Council (the "Council") owns over nine hectares of public green space at more than a dozen locations within the parish which requires regular and proactive maintenance. In addition, it also provides additional grass cuts to the verge sides and footpaths managed by Devon County Council and play areas managed by Teignbridge District Council. The Parish Council has published policies which mandate that its green spaces are managed in an environmentally friendly manner and prohibits the use of pesticides on soft surfaces. The Council is now seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced contractors for the maintenance of these green spaces. This RFI is intended to gather information to help the Council understand the capabilities, experience, and interest of potential service providers.
