SYNOPSIS: #N68335-26-Q-1194 BRACE, AIRCRAFT GROUND SERVICING Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division - F/A-18F and EA-18G Royal Australian Air Force Program The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (CAGE: 76823) for the BRACE, AIRCRAFT GROUND SERVICING (Part Number (P/N): 74D110613-1007, National Stock Number (NSN): 1730-01-473-3572) in support of the Royal Australian Airforce (RAAF) F/A-18F & EA-18G Program. This order will procure four (4) BRACE, AIRCRAFT GROUND SERVICING. The support is necessary to hold the stabilizer in a stable, trim position or a 22-degree leading-edge-down position during various maintenance activities, such as engine or stabilizer removal and replacement. The recommended solution is the Brace, Aircraft Ground Servicing (P/N: 74D110613-1007) Horizontal Stabilizer Support, which is designed to be usable on both the right and left sides of the aircraft. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the BRACE, AIRCRAFT GROUND SERVICING, is the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical experience, and production-level data to produce these components. The components being procured are integral to hold the stabilizer in a stable, trim position or a 22-degree leading-edge-down position during various maintenance activities and are critical to maintaining operational readiness. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication

Record Keeper and Investment Management Services for the GMPP
Government of Newfoundland and Labrador (GNL) - Public Procurement Agency
The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador (GNL) GMPP provides defined contribution pension coverage for part-time employees of government and its agencies and full-time employees (of Participating Employers) that are ineligible to participate in other government sponsored pension plans. The GMPP Committee was established by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council to oversee the operations of the Government Money Purchase Pension Plan (GMPP). Employer representatives are appointed by virtue of their positions in government, while employee representatives are appointed based on the recommendation of the various unions. Committee members are responsible to ensure that contributions accumulated to the credit of the employee are invested prudently in the investment classes prescribed by the Committee and to promote the plan and educate employees on the importance of taking an active interest in their investments. The retirement security of a GMPP member depends on the member’s investment decision, which in turn depends on the member’s investment profile and risk tolerance. Consequently, it is critical that members take an active interest in their portfolio. To facilitate prudent investment decisions by members, the GMPP, through the Committee, adheres a Statement of Investment Policies and Procedures, which outlines the investment options provided to members. The current options include Guaranteed Investment Accounts (GIAs) and market-based funds, including a Canadian equity fund, a bond fund, two global equity funds, a balanced fund, and target date funds. Recently a review was conducted to ensure that the current investment options meet plan member needs. Appendix D outlines the new investment options that the Province will offer on April 1, 2028 on implementation date of the Contracted Supplier. Pursuant to section 12.1 of the Government Money Purchase Pension Plan Act, the Committee is mandated to administer the GMPP. The mandate is delivered by completing the following
