AVISO GENERAL DE ADQUISICIÓN País: Costa Rica Nombre del Proyecto: EnABLE COSTA RICA: Apoyo a la Inclusión Social en el Programa de Reducción de Emisiones del FCPF Sector: Ambiente AVISO GENERAL DE ADQUISICIÓN Donación No. TF-C9130-001 FUNBAM ha firmado un convenio de donación con el Banco Mundial por un monto equivalente a US $4.000.000,00 para sufragar el costo del proyecto EnABLE COSTA RICA: Apoyo a la Inclusión Social en el Programa de Reducción de Emisiones del Fondo Cooperativo para el Carbono de los Bosques (FCPF, por sus siglas en inglés) y tiene la intención de destinar parte de los fondos devengados a los pagos de bienes, obras, servicios no relacionados con la consultoría y servicios de consultoría que se contraten en el marco de este proyecto. Los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Proyecto (PDOs) son mejorar la inclusión de los Pueblos Indígenas y los beneficiarios seleccionados en el Programa de Reducción de Emisiones (ERP, por sus siglas en inglés) de Costa Rica y maximizar su uso de los beneficios de carbono y no carbono. El Proyecto EnABLE Costa Rica: Apoyo a la Inclusión Social en el Programa de Reducción de Emisiones del FCPF, desarrollará los componentes siguientes: Componente 1, Inversiones comunitarias para mejorar el acceso a los beneficios del ERP y su uso estratégico, con un monto estimado de US $3.200.000,00. Componente 2, Fortalecimiento de la voz y la participación de los pueblos indígenas en la toma de decisiones relacionadas con el clima, con un monto estimado de US $200.000,00. Componente 3, Administración, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos, con un monto estimado de US $600.000,00. Se prevé que el proyecto financie principalmente subproyectos, los cuales serán preparados e implementados por organizaciones beneficiarias en los territorios indígenas. Para brindar asistencia técnica que facilite la preparación, implementación y administración de estos subproyectos, se contratarán servicios de consultoría. Asimismo, se contratarán servicios de
