This aligns with Commander Field Army direction to invest and train 240 sUAS System Commanders and 240 FPV Strike Commanders every year to grow sUAS capability across the force units rapidly.

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to better understand the solutions available within the market, including indicative costs, functionality, implementation approaches and timescales. Suppliers are invited to provide information on systems that can deliver, but are not limited to, the following features: Online booking of football pitches. Online payments at the point of booking. Functionality to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Management of both casual and block bookings. Season ticket or subscription-style arrangements for regular users. Real-time visibility of pitch availability and bookings. Centralised booking management, including the ability to restrict how far in advance pitches can be booked. Eastleigh Borough Council (the Authority) is delivering an ambitious housing development to meet the needs of a growing population and lead the way for the Borough and its communities. In 2018, the Authority acquired 310 acres of land in Horton Heath and committed itself to provide new homes, services, infrastructure and businesses, that project is known as One Horton Heath (OHH). OHH is a landmark mixed-use development, located adjacent to the village of Horton Heath to the east of Eastleigh, Hampshire. A dedicated project delivery team has been established to oversee the planning and delivery of each parcel of the development. OHH is intended to be not only a commercially responsible project, but also one that recognises value extends beyond financial return. An Outline Planning Application for OHH was approved on the 27/10/2025 under the application number O/20/89498. The permission comprises severable and separate phases of development consisting of up to 2,500 residential units in total (across The Lower Acre, Quobleigh Breach, The Upper Acre, Round Copse, The Holme, The Homestal, Chalcroft Farm and The Folds phases and partially within Chalcroft Outfarm Works phase), a local centre, non-residential floorspace, a primary school, public open space (including formal sports facilities and informal provisions), allotments, ecological, landscape and sustainable drainage works and key infrastructure and utilities provision including new roads, footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths. The Authority made a commitment to the delivery of critical infrastructure early in the overall process and ahead of housing wherever possible which means that much of the major infrastructure associated with housing or non-residential development will have been installed or may be under construction alongside the works to be procured. The STEP Prototype Powerplant (SPP) is a programme of work to build, commission and demonstrate fusion power in the UK. The key goal of the project is to operate a powerplant that places net power on the UK grid from fusion energy in the 2040’s. West Burton Power Station, Retford, was announced as the home for STEP (Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production) in October 2022. Staff also work at Culham Science Centre in Abingdon. The proposal is to erect a 2-storey extension to one end of the existing building to provide more space for bricklaying, plastering etc, whilst also installing new painting and decorating booths to the first-floor area. The overall scope also includes the demolition of the current painting bays to provide a further expansion capability for carpentry and joinery as well as the installation of 2 classrooms to allow for non-practical teaching in the area. All plans have been agreed & signed off by the relevant curriculum specialists as being suitable for their requirements. The intended outcome of the process is to determine the most advantageous tender (MAT) and select a single contractor to undertake the works. Building Safety Higher Risk Buildings Works - Framework Agreement

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for inclusion onto a multi contractor framework that will be used to provide building safety projects for several higher risk residential buildings and a mix of medium to low rise residential buildings within the Portsmouth area. TIERING The framework will consist of up to 6 contractors. This will include a 'Primary Tier' of up to 4 contractors and a 'Secondary Tier' of up to 2 contractors to provide contingency. Should less than 6 compliant tenders be received, then the council reserves the right to establish the framework with a lower number of contractors or tiers. DURATION The Council is aiming to have established the framework by September 2026. Once in place the framework will run for a duration of 4 years extendable by up to a further 2 years in increments to be agreed to a maximum term of 6 years. VALUE & PRICING The value of the framework is estimated to be in the range £60m - £120m over the maximum 6 years based upon Portsmouth City Council's Building Safety Programme for high, mid and low rise works from 2025 to 2030. The framework, although primarily for delivery of projects that cover high rise buildings with higher construction value works, will also cover approximately 30% of the Council's low - medium rise blocks in order to package up phases of work by consideration of geography and/or efficiencies, with the remaining 70% let via other arrangements. Whilst the project and pipeline of works are designed to provide a representation of the likely value of works procured through the framework, the actual values of call offs may vary, hence there is no minimum or maximum values for call-off contracts, and no commitment can be made in this respect. Although the call-off contract values may differ, the core work will be of a similar nature, i.e. of high complexity, requiring a high level of engagement from the contractor and requiring significant resident engageme
