The Contract is for the complete design and build of residential housing units, specifically the completion of the 19 houses along and off Meeting House Road, Banbridge and the construction 24 Apartments along Scarva Road, Banbridge, including all associated external works, siteworks, utilities, drainage and any required interfaces with the wider development. All the units built under this contract must have ‘Secured By Design’ and ‘Lifetime Homes’ accreditation and meet the requirements outlined in the Department for Communities’ (DfC) Design Guide and Arbour’s Design Guide.

Magna Housing Ltd is currently preparing to procure a new multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of responsive and planned scaffolding services across our housing stock. Overview of Requirement Magna is seeking to appoint suitably qualified, experienced and competent scaffolding contractors to support the delivery of safe, compliant, reliable and cost-effective scaffolding services. These services will underpin our maintenance, repair and improvement programmes, whilst ensuring high standards of health and safety, quality and customer experience. The framework will primarily support our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and will cover works across Magna-owned and/or managed properties, including houses, blocks of flats and associated structures. Typical works will include (but are not limited to): •External painting •Cyclical maintenance •Component replacement •Ad hoc and responsive works Many of these activities will take place in occupied residential environments. Framework Structure The framework will be split geographically into the following lots: •Lot 1 – Devon, Dorset & South Somerset •Lot 2 – West Somerset Tenderers are able to bid for either one or both lots. Where bidding for both, a single quality submission is required alongside a pricing schedule for each lot. Magna intends to appoint up to four (4) contractors per lot, ranked following evaluation. Works will typically be allocated to the highest ranked contractor for the relevant lot. Estimated Value Based on historic and forecast expenditure, the anticipated annual spend is: •Devon, Dorset & South Somerset Lot: Approximately £375,000 per annum •West Somerset Lot: Approximately £125,000 per annum These values are indicative only and do not constitute any guarantee of volume or value of work. Woodland Cottages - Lead Designer

Folkestone and Hythe District Council (FHDC) wishes to select and appoint a design team for the redevelopment of Woodland Cottages, Lyminge and invites prospective suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements. The project brief is to demolish the existing Airey houses and redevelop the site with new affordable rental homes. This redevelopment provides an opportunity to increase site density, as the existing dwellings currently occupy disproportionately large plots. Initial viability studies indicate that the scheme must deliver a minimum of 17 new dwellings. Early and ongoing engagement with the Planning Authority will be essential to ensure a deliverable and acceptable scheme. The Local Authority Planning Department has advised that the design should reflect a Kent/Folkestone rural vernacular. The contract is anticipated to start September 2026 an estimated period of 4 years to complete RIBA stages 1-6 (with the option to extend for a further period (or periods) of up to 12 months).
