These services will underpin our maintenance, repair and improvement programmes, whilst ensuring high standards of health and safety, quality and customer experience. This redevelopment provides an opportunity to increase site density, as the existing dwellings currently occupy disproportionately large plots. Initial viability studies indicate that the scheme must deliver a minimum of 17 new dwellings. Early and ongoing engagement with the Planning Authority will be essential to ensure a deliverable and acceptable scheme.
