P3352 Arboricultural Services Framework Agreement

The Council aims to contract with suppliers to provide and maintain a high quality, responsive arboricultural (tree) maintenance service for the whole City. The framework agreement contracts resulting from this procurement will commence on 1st April 2027. This procurement project will go through three stages, and this notice initially invites suppliers to participate in stage - 1 Invitation to Participate (ITP). The submission deadline for this stage is: 12pm 1st June 2026. Only suppliers that pass stage 1 will proceed to stage 2 - Onsite Assessment and only suppliers that pass stage 2 will be able to participate in stage 3 - Invitation to Tender. This procurement will be split into 3 Lots: Lot 1 North, Lot 2 South and Lot 3 Provision of Tree/Enquiry Inspections. Please see the documents in attached to this project on Intend for further details. If you have any clarification questions regarding stage 1 - Invitation to Participate, please submit them using Intend's project correspondence function. A clarification tracker document which be published on a regular basis detailing all clarification questions asked and the answers provided by the Council to these questions. The name of the supplier which asked the clarification question will NOT be included in the clarification tracker. - The deadline for submitting clarification questions for stage 1 is 12pm - 22nd May 2026
PQ0685 - Supported Housing Needs Assessment and Local Supported Housing Strategy
Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an experienced consultancy to produce a robust, evidence based Supported Housing Needs Assessment (SHNA) and to develop a Local Supported Housing Strategy (LSHS) for Birmingham. Alongside the SHNA, the Public Health team at the Council are completing a Support Exempt Accommodation Health Needs Assessment (SEAHNA). The consultancy must work with the public health team to ensure both needs assessment complement one another and both inform the strategy The contract will commence in July 2026 and will be in place for a period of 8 months. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and interested providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest, access and download the documents.
