The MOD are seeking a provider of air and space power education and training at the Royal Air Force College, including delivery to both the RAF Officer Training Academy, RAF Cranwell, Lincolnshire and the Aviator Training Academy, RAF Haton, Buckinghamshire. Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (hereafter DALO) expects to put out for tender a system for acquiring and implementation of a technical documentation system. The potential tender is expected to contain services such as the designing the solution, implementation, configuration, maintenance, support and further development. This Prior Information Notice does not activate the actual tender. The purpose of this notice is to invite potential bidders to a market dialogue and give the potential bidder a possibility to provide input to DALO's preliminary ideas and thoughts around the future tender. See appendix 2 for DALOs questions. Hereafter it is expected to go through one or more rounds of potentially 1:1-dialogue meetings and/or written consultations. Every communication connected to the prior notice of information and the market dialogue needs to go through the electronic tender system. Information regarding the market dialogue will be made available in the electronic tender system. DALO expects to send out a future tender regarding acquisition and implementation of a technical documentation system. The potential tender is expected to contain services such as the designing the solution, implementation, configuration, maintenance, support and further development. The existing solution is described in appendix 1.

Repair and remediation works to 160 buildings of a minor works nature: 1. Floor repairs/replacement where required 2. Wall repairs/repaint where required 3. Ceiling repairs/repair/repaint where required 4. Radiators repaired/replaced/repainted were required 5. Windows repaired/replaced/repainted were required 6. Plug sockets and switches repaired/replaced/repainted were required All asbestos and lead paint testing would have been done and a register of affected areas provided prior to works commencing.

Strategic Command Commercial are currently inviting responses to a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (PMEN) on key themes surrounding the Future Academic Provision (FAP) requirement. FAP aims to continually design, develop, and deliver Professional Defence & Security Education (PDSE) and training services, including the ability to award degrees up to RQF level 7 and potentially 8, recognising prior accredited learning. There are two primary delivery sites (Shrivenham and London) in addition to a virtual footprint on the Defence Learning Environment (DLE). There are aspirations to deliver courses to other locations which may include overseas.

The Provision of a Rapid Deployable Air Raid Warning System

There is a need to supplement the Air Raid Warning Sirens that are currently in place at RAF Akrotiri. The requirement is for Air Raid Warning Sirens that can cover the distance of RAF Akrotiri and Akrotiri Village for community warning by delivering: a. Distinct alert tones (e.g., air raid/imminent threat and all-clear). b. Live and recorded voice announcement functionality The procurement will include supply, commissioning, documentation, training, warranty, and through-life support activities required to deliver and sustain the capability. The system must be portable and operate independent of any fixed infrastructure installations. Further information can be found in the SOR. The contract will be for 5 Years.
